A lot of cleaning involved in order to avoid “additional fees”. I am not a messy person but there is certain things I’d rather not do while I’m on vacation and having to pay for a luxury room.

No blanket provided (middle of winter). When contacted property they said “go buy one at the nearest bedding store” Really? Had to improvise with linens. And with that they charge 100 USD per night for hospitality. What hospitality, I might ask?

The building are nice from the outside. The apartments leave something to be desired. They are only good for one night stays. If you plan to stay longer than one night i would suggest a hotel chain. The furniture is outdated. The bed is about a foot off the floor and the mattress was hard as a rock. LIke is said they are only good for one night stays. felt like i was in a motel 6

The walls were scuffed and the carpet stained. The coffee maker was broken, no glasses other than large goblets. Master bedroom TV didn’t work.

Well managed property, good concierge service and were happy to store luggage for a few hours after checkout. Amenities and lcoation to local services was excellent. Amenities and equipment within the apartment were also useful and in good condition.

The building and the room itself was acceptable but FINDING the building was incredibly difficult due to the very small sign on the building, which wasn’t visible from a vehicle. The payment expected for parking was completed unacceptable - the web page did not note for what you were being asked to pay nor the amount you were being ask to pay. This is akin to giving a stranger a blank check. Will never stay here again.

The location of the property was fantastic, the check in experience was smooth and easy, and overall the room met our needs. The amenities were first class, with a nice patio that included a swimming pool, chairs to take in the amazing views, and even a fire pit and BBQ area. The gym was also fantastic, and included everything you need to continue with your work out routine. The bed's were comfortable, and the apartment was quiet and well furnished. However the unit had a few issues that if taken care of would make this a perfect place to stay. First, the condition of the carpets was horrible. There were huge stains on all of the carpets, and they took away from the overall comfort of the unit. Also there were two rugs in the unit that were disgusting. I had to get down on my knees to get something that dropped, and put my hands on the rugs, and when I got up, my hands were extremely dirty and had a strong odor. I would recommend that they get rid of the rugs, or at the very least have them cleaned. Other than that the unit was in a great location, and reasonably comfortable.

The staff on site we’re amazingly courteous friendly. The telephone staff from their business office a few blocks away were awesome as well by getting back to you right away via email, phone or text. We arrived later than expected due to traffic but they accommodated us by an easy breezy after hours check in. We loved it and our 7 and 12 year olds were treated excellent!!

Disappointed with the condition of the property. Handles missing off kitchen cabinets, dresser. Shower curtain not installed correctly and hanging. Kitchen sink clogged with carrots and onions which floated in the slow draining sink for ten minutes. Dishwasher soap dispenser clogged and unable to use. Stove base panel fallen off. Lamps in bedroom broken. Sofa couch in poor condition and extremely uncomfortable. Not enough bedding. Supplied one bath towel only for two guests. Service desk unable to help and the number for the company directly unable to provide help. Told to go out and buy bedding (10.30pm) and they would reimburse. Not able to park larger vehicle and had to pay an additional $70 at building next door.

- Great if you're staying for an extended period b/c it's more like a mini apartment. Washer / dryer, bedroom and couch, big bath, kitchen.
- Depending on where you stay in the hotel you can see NYC.
- 5 minute walking distance from the PATH into World Trade Center/ NYC
- Not very clear in the description of the amenities or can/can't do. For instance, we had a phone in the hotel room but it wasn't plugged up b/c the site we booked through didn't authorize the phone being hooked up.
- Hotel wasn't easy to find, make sure you type in the address and don't go by the name on the hotel booking.
- Make sure you watch out for the little fees like the charges for cleaning or internet/ wifi.
- The staff is helpful, but it is an apartment before it is a hotel so the staff is more inclined to help the apartment people.

Rooms smelled of so much cleaning chemical I could barely breathe. Spacious rooms but lots of wind noise higher up. Gym opened at 9 or so in the am per the concierge- not particularly convenient for business travel

Full disclosure: this is not a hotel. These are apartments. Huge and beautiful space, convenient to the PATH. I didn't have much time to explore the area, but felt like there weren't many convenient coffee shops or bars in the area, which is surprising since there are several hotels on the street. The apartment was beautiful, and I had a view of the Manhattan skyline.
