Good location in a very interesting historic city to visit. Clean, quiet and comfortable room in an older hotel that appears well kept up. Good value.

Good location. Comfortable, quiet.

The place was fine and clean. The room wasn't that big, but that was ok for the time I stayed there. The only thing to watch out is the Check-In before 11pm, after that reception is closed. Hotel is well located, not far from public transports (buses and trams) and it seemed not far from the old city centre. Quiet residential area, with a park on the opposite side of the main entrance.

Great value in perfect location

The hotel staff were great and the room functional. Strasbourg is a great place and when I go back can definitely see myself staying in the same area

The staff are really nice, helpful, and friendly. The room itself was pretty OK. I was missing a real closet (they had an open box, where you can hang stuff in). There is also no shampoo and body wash, so pack them yourself. The windows are pretty old which gives the hotel a nice flair but is of course not that great for noise. They have a great variety for breakfast.

Wanted to sleep in but at 8:30am, the staff were loudly talking just outside our room for a solid hour and we could not sleep any more. Not sure if they realize that floor has many guests trying to rest.

Hotel very clean, throughout, including the bedroom, although there was a dust accumulation under the bed. Nice Hotel, centrally placed for transport and sight seeing. Helpful and friendly staff.

Room leaves a few things they could add. For instance we had to go to front desk to request hair dryer. There is no place next to bed to set anything. How about adding a shelf above the headboard?? Receptionist on registering insisted we pay for breakfast day before. Hotel is next to a park & also well located to cathedral- 15-20 minute walk.

The room and bathroom were very small. Tiny. One reviewer wondered how they even got the bed into the room. I wonder that, too. The breakfast was okay, but they made no accommodations for my husband's gluten-free diet (due to celiac disease). The location is great so we could walk into the heart of Strasbourg as well as to the European Parliament. One desk clerk chastised me for drinking their coffee during the day. He told us that we'd have to pay for coffee if we were out. It was confusing because I was drinking tea using my own tea bag. All I took was some hot water. Once he realized that, he apologized. Still, it gave us a negative impression of this hotel. Since we caught a warm spell, we had the window open at night. Be prepared for the noise of the city if you're there when it's nice weather.
