Great location, easy to walk to the beach. Friendly and easy check in. Room was spotless and comfortable. Great to have blackout shades. It wasn't noisy at all.

Very clean, nice towels and little extras in the shower room. Having a Fridge and kettle was a great bonus. We liked the layout of the room. We especially liked the TV hidden behind the mirror.

I liked everything and was completely satisfied. Especially to mention: The modern friendly design, the relaxing roof top terrace with its nice view, the rich breakfast buffet, and the kind & helpful staff - a big "merci" to the team! Christoph / Germany

The staff were so friendly and helpful , we particularly liked the breakfast. We were expecting just coffee and croissants but got eggs and bacon as well, together with an array of different coffees.

Very clean, would visit again.

Hotel very welcoming. Allowed us to check in early. Small room and sound proofing not perfect but otherwise very good. Lovely roof terrace.

As some have said the rooms aren’t huge but the whole hotel is recently renovated, really clean and tidy and the staff are happy and helpful.

20 minutes walk to the hotel ( slow walker will take longer)

Unfortunately didn’t feel very welcome on arrival or throughout stay. Hotel has some good points including location but due to number of issues wouldn’t recommend

Great hotel in the city, very clean all the rooms are brand new, small rooms but well appointed, the breakfast had everything you need, and the staff super friendly. Parking is available for 10 euros/night. Excellent value.

In a quiet area, about 15-20 minutes walk to the centre of the town. There are bars and restaurants closer. Arcachon is a fabulous place, lovely beaches, gorgeous town with quality shops and restaurants. This hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. Standard double room (and its bathroom) is quite small though and ours was directly onto the placement and road outside. Reception is also reminiscent of a medical waiting room.

The Location of the Hotel is quite good, not central, but you can reach everything by foot. Facilities and furniture are nice and clean. Hotel staff was friendly most of the time. We also had no problem to park our car on the street close to hotel. Unfortunately that's it for us with the positive things. We've booked this Hotel especially for the room size (20 sq.m), as we were travelling to a wedding with two big pieces of luggage with us. After arriving to the Hotel we've got the room 114 which was even not 10 sq. m. big. It was crazy, because our luggage could only stood in the vertical position there, in order to open it, we had to open a door and we had to climb over the bad in order to reach the door or the bathroom. Normally we have no Problem with small rooms, but when we book we prefer to know it beforehand. It is really sad, that the Information about the room doesn't meet the reality. I also saw a good Feedback from other guests and I can understand it, as during the cleaning we saw other rooms, which looked quite pretty and spacious. Maybe you should update the Information about your rooms, in order to avoid such kind of surprises for your guest as we got. Additionally there was some deliveries to the Hotel exactly under our window on both days between 7 and 8 am. Even with the closed window it was not possible to sleep anymore. I guess for this issue the hotel could not be responsible, but it is good to know for people who want to sleep in the morning.

Very clean, close to beach, comfy bed, good bathroom with great shower, good breakfast, friendly staff. Good roof terrace, quiet. Some other small scale amenities at the hotel, but the beach and town are the main reason to stay in Arcachon anyway.

Nice clean modern hotel, good sized room, friendly staff, aircon and possibly the best breakfast we have had in france, especially if you have been missing bacon. Only a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet.

4-star hotel?!! Three would be already a gift. Im 55 and I could barely fit in the room. To leave the bed, I had to crawl in order to find more space. AC didnt work - it it was 80F outside. Awful night.

Great weather for walking and sailing, loads of restaurants, amazing beaches, good energy. Sun terrace on roof good for relaxing after lunch in town.

Nice hotel near the marina in Arcachon with a mini kitchen. New facility, and clean. Only issue was the very small rooms similar in size to a cruise ship room.

Very helpful staff, fresh modern decor, small but well furnished balcony. A pool would have made for perfection. Roof terrace provided another option for sunbathing.

We were there for one night, staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Room was well equipped, bathroom was particularly luxurious and the view was great.
