The Breakfast Buffet was excellent, dinner menu has lots of options and my dinner was good.

This is our go-to place to stay in Hermosillo! Excellent care from front desk to room attendants to restaurant. And the food-especially breakfast buffet-is outstanding!

Reservation was not in system, when they retrieved it they had me wait for over 2 hours because the room was not ready mind you it was after 4. Came back,staff change and back to square one no reservation and no rooms available until it was retrieved so pretty disappointing

Lobby person was rude and not friendly at all he was on his phone the whole time I was asking him question in regards shuttle to airport for future stays but not staying there again I don’t think so

Ok. The horrible TV ruined the evening. Zero English speaking channels. Not even CNN, FOX, BLOOMBERG, nada. English speaking channels are widely available throughout MX, but not here. Guess they are too cheap to spend the pesos...

My room was rented out to another person. At around 11:00pm someone trued to come in. And if it wasn't for the inside lock, they would of.
Electricity went out , construction going on all night at the hotel. And no cream or sugar for my coffee....

The room was very nice and was amazing until the next day. housekeeping never came to clean our room the next day and when I went to the front desk to complain and asked for at least clean towels, they did nothing. So, I found a housekeeper’s cart and got my own towels. Service was horrible. And the pool is small and was overrun kids with floats and some parents. No one else could swim in the pool.

Property very clean, 5 star breakfast buffet with soooo many options, room was nice, comfy n cozy. Attendant showed us to our room and came in and sanitized all door handles/ inside room.

The Royal Palace is a modern, convenient and comfortable place to stay in Hermosillo. The service was perfect. The floor in our room was a bit dirty. After my shower walking in the bedroom area my feet were dirty.

Me and my wife traveled to Hermosillo to attend a friend's wedding. We chose this hotel because it seemed nice and because it was close to the wedding reception.
Everything was great except for one thing: the bed was not very confortable. We stayed there for two nights. After the first night we requested a different room, but our new room had the same issue. Apparently none of the beds in the hotel are the usual fluffy bed that you would expect.
