Rocky beach and a lot of noise from planes overhead. Food was very basic apart from the one time you get to eat at one of the proper restaurants per week. One highlight was the massage and spa treatment team who were brilliant.

The front desk staff was very nice. Others were not as much. The hotel is 10 min away from the airport, and very noisy because of the landings.The hotel is much older than the pictures. Very strage rules that you can exchange pool towels only every 48 hours. We also went once to exchange, and they had no available towels, we needed to wait 45 min for it. Food quality was below average. The variety of options was very limited. Kids loved the water slides, which was amazing.

We enjoyed our time there. Evening entertainment can be improved. Bar staff need to be more hygienic.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks here at the Labranda blue bay hotel. The animation staff were brilliant and i recommend it for families since the kids disco and kids club are wonderful. You wont find better value on the island.

The rooms are pretty old and need some makeover. The employees are so kind and helpful! There is a verity of food and you will always find something that you like more.

Hotel it self is very clean and great pools and great entertainment they hotel is great for familys breakfasts are great and pizza and kebabs are excellent throw day as snacks only issue i would have with hotel is dinner and afternoon lunch food is not the best

All what we needed. Perfect beautiful place.

Lovely room, hotel, facilities and location. But for families, NOT for couples. Main pool loud, speakers blaring, people talking loud it, parents shouting at kids running riot and splashing and screaming. Food bland, ok by all inclusive standards but bland and samey. Getting seated for dinner was a nightmare and you’re fighting pushy parents and feral children, hands in and on everything. Entertainment is really bad, budget, laughable really. Cleaner comes really early and was really loud, shouting across to other members of staff, like the Gardner mowing the lawn at 8am!! When we asked her to keep the noise down she was rude. She then didn’t change our towels, had one new towel in a week coz she never came back and had to ask reception for it. Lady at the spa hounded us about going for €200 massages (after an apparent discount) despite us repeatedly saying we weren’t interested. Older barman rude and homophobic, did not want to serve gays and made it known. This was ask apparent on excursions. Excursions were also pretty poor and mis-sold. Tour guide pretty useless. Hotel is on flight path so noise of planes flying over every 20 mins. It is right on the beach though and the view and location is lovely. Reception staff are lovely and very helpful. There’s a free water park across the road, which is good. In sum, if you’re a family with kids, you’ll love it, if you’re a couple, you’ll hate it. If you’re a gay couple, you’ll really hate it. Don’t go.

Good value for what we paid, loved the quiet location and vicinity to airport, enjoyed watching the planes fly over head. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Food was fine. All inclusive drinks were hit and miss and the room we had was in serious need of an update although was clean and was in an amazing location. We had a shared pool but kids from other parts of the hotel were using it whenever they liked. There were no signs or fences to stop them.

Really huge resort, plenty of activities, pretty good food for all inclusive. Great Sea side view from the room, not too far from center.

It was okay for a night, but property is far from Main attractions and needs serious update. Bed were not comfortable and room fridge was not cleaned between guests.

This is close to the airport so good for a one night stay. It is also cheap and has all inclusive dining but the quality of the food and alcohol is basic. Pretty crowded pools and beach area and an older property but well maintained.

Overall we had a great 2 week holiday at labranda blue bay. The hotel is in a great location with very good facilities. The food is good with the buffet changing daily. The staff are the best part of the hotel, every single one was lovely and very helpful! Although the hotel itself is at 4 star standard i would say the rooms are only 3 star. We had a family room with sharing pool (3023) the pool area was excellent but unfortunately in my opinion the room was not upto 4 star standard. The room was fine and functioned good and didn’t spoil our holiday in the slightest, but there is alot of room for improvement. It was dated and shabby, the room has been split in two with a partition wall with a frosted glass window to let a little light through & making two small rooms. The front of the two rooms had 2 single beds in and the back room had a double. I myself would not be happy with small children sleeping in the front room with the front door and patio doors, especially as the patio door are very easy to open as there is no dead lock. Also the partition means to get any air conditioning into the front room you have to leave the door open, and also have to pass through the rear bedroom to get to the bathroom. The bathroom has had a referb but id say done by cowboys, the tiling substandard at best, with floor tiles used on the walls where they must have run out of wall tiles. Also the floor tiles do not direct the water to the drains so the bathroom floods when showering.

The resort has potential, but didn't meet our expectations. Somehow felt disappointed, but can't really point out what was SO wrong. The beds were terrible and the food wasn't good - edible, but mainly tasteless. The breakfast omelettes were pretty much the tastiest dish the hotel had to offer. I got food poisoning and was very ill, so that may have influenced my negative view of the food... But the hotel wasn't all bad. Customer service was good and the staff in general were very nice and helpful. There were many pools so you can always find your place by the water. I found the annex side to be much quieter. The water park was also fun - ever for adults!

We had great stay at Labranda. Good food, exceptional hospitality, activities for all levels. Travelling with small baby was stressful but Staff at Labranda are amazing and catered to our needs. They listened to out complaints and issues and did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

we had an amazing family vacation, The staff doing everything they can to make us enjoy the stay. The water park was great for the kids and not just for them. the only problem was the sunbeds - they were all taken before 8 AM (people put towels on them fot the entire day). there werent enough sunbeds for all.

Great staff, loved the entertainment every evening. Only problem with the room we stayed in there was quite a few ants. Not much around the hotel but a lovely restaurant up the road called rosemary which I thouroughly recommend

We moved over to blue bay from Rodos palace - We were welcomed with open arms, the young lady on reception with black hair provided the best customer service we have ever had! Special mention to the bell hop the young gentleman who took our bags and was always so friendly and wanted to help so much, these two above made our stay (even though only 3 days) extremely enjoyable. The bartenders serving the all inclusive could be more friendly sometimes you would not even get a 'thank you' or 'enjoy' they just wanted to give you the drink and get onto the next person. The rooms were 5* even for the basic rooms. Overall for the price this place is perfect for a get away, it is very much a family hotel but still managed to find places to sit down quietly and enjoy a cocktail

Was a good stay, overall. But there are some big disappointments. First was at the check in, when we've asked, if there is something wrong with the room, can we change it? The answer was, " no, I'm sorry, we are fully booked". (was not true). The second one, we arrived at snack time in the hotel. Around 3 pm, after 10 hours of travelling. We went to the snack bar, there was pizza, and gyros ( something like mini size of them). The guy from the pizza stand was hiding the pizza's slices from us :)), we waited until he decided that was the time for us to eat. After, we tried the drinks, all soft drinks at draft, and the alcohol, maybe the worst that we had. The price vs quality report is overall OK.

Hotel was good and suits perfect for our family. Food was decent but childrens dont have anything to eat at dinner.
