Very nice stayed here when they 1st opened and breakfast was very nice with different options. Only thing we didn't like were the beds, they hurt all our backs and there was no Decafe coffee in the room.

Amazing stay, room really spacious. Staff beyond amazing. They were very approachable. Staff makes sure your comfort is top priority. The accommodations that come with this place is outstanding.

We stayed here about once a year in the past 3 years. Most current visit was Nov 2024 and we were very happy that we also recommended this hotel to others while we were all in town to attend an event. The hotel was very well maintained and comfortable. The property was pet-friendly and clean. Special shout out to front desk Mansi who offered excellent customer service. We felt welcomed and we look forward return to this hotel!

Stayed over the long weekend of Labour Day and the noise around our room on the 3rd floor was terrible. People shouting in the hall, knocking on our room walls and above us it sounded as though people were jumping around and making tons of noise. The staff also woke us up as they were talking loudly outside at the entrance to the hotel which was below our window at 4 am. Couldn’t wait to leave. Left one night early and the front desk told us that they would charge us a late check out fee ? Are you kidding me?
Never have I heard of such a thing. Not impressed.

From our registration to our departure everything was great. Helpful and nice staff, clean, comfortable rooms. All was perfect at that hotel.

Everything is good. Just a little details fix. The sink at the bathroom need a drain. The hanging rack was loosen. The room can actually heat the next room. Other than that people are nice and clean which is most important.

Our third time staying here, hotel is very clean, staff is amazing and friendly. Two other couples came with us to enjoy cycling in the area and they were very impressed with this hotel and staff as well. One of the best places we have stayed in.

Attached room was very loud- could hear regular voices through the door. (Lack of insulation not the guests)
AC cover rattled all night so we ended up taking it off the wall unit and putting it back on in the a.m.

Best place to stay in Lindsay!

We have 7 persons traveling around one thousand islands and Niagara falls area. We had 4 clean, comfortable rooms to stay here and we all had a very good sleep and enjoyed fresh nutritious and varied breakfast. After we leaving, we even bought a brand new pillow to go. Thanks for all the helps form the staffs.

The check in was great & the reception staff were brilliant as was the maintenance guy who tried to sort out the CC on our tv, the only downer was the breakfast set up, queues of guests waiting to be served by the staff as it wasn’t a buffet that you could help yourself to, this was mainly caused by having to wait for toast (only one toaster) consequently by the time your toast was done your breakfast was cold ( totally crazy setup)
