Perfect for stay

I ended up missing my flight and the management we’re very flexible to take care of switching the dates with no extra charges

We had a big nice room with a separate sitting area and dining area. Bong, the receptionist, was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed our stay. The place was decent and quiet.

The property was beautiful! My girlfriend and I loved the design and attention to detail put into its garden and lounging areas outside the residence. Feels like home.

We only stayed one night. But they knew our name as soon as we walked in. The room was clean. Location was quiet and a little difficult to find as it outside the main commercial area. Breakfast order was taken the night before and served at the exact time we requested. It was a hot breakfast so we were very happy about that!

Actually we are not expecting much with this hotel due to its price and kinda hoping this is not a wrong choice. But as we arrived coming from airport we found the place really nice, most especially the hotel personnel, they are really kind and accommodating kudos to the team :) In general, this is a value for money hotel without sacrificing comfort, service and quality. I highly recommend this hotel our sure hotel the next time we visit Bohol. And thank you so much for the free transport to Airport we truly appreciated it. :) Till next time Gabriella!

Excellent place to stay,probably one of the best hotels in Tagbilaran,and at a very reasonable cost, the staff are very helpfully, the sheets and towels changed each day, the room size was good, with the added advantage of a sitting area with table and chairs where you can eat breakfast, sit and read, or use your computer.The location is not in the city, but you can get cheap transport on a jeepney or motorbike trike outside the hotel, there is also a bakery just around the corner, where you can buy something to eat and get a drink if required.The staff where very helpful, knowledgeable, and the cooked breakfast was good. and next year it will have a new complex, with a swimming pool, which will add to the overall experience.

I stayed 3 nights at The Gabriella while on a business trip. I wanted a place where I could relax, rest, and work in quiet. The Gabriella is in a lovely, very well-maintained home on a relatively quiet street. Its not really close to anything, though the ICM mall is only a few minutes away by trike, and downtown is easy to get to. The room was basic, not particularly special, but very clean and perfectly comfortable. The bathroom was huge, with a nice rain-style shower. The minor drawbacks to the room were lack of hot water kettle with tea and coffee, no free daily bottled water, and no counter space in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good, with many options for purchase in addition to the free choices. A major drawback was the discovery, on our last night, that the window out to the 2nd floor landing has no lock and can be slid open easily from the outside. Also, the first floor entrance leading up to our guest room remains unlocked at all times. These two issues proved to be disastrous as our room was robbed through that unlocked door and unsecured window while we were sleeping. The hotel staff and management were very professional and quick to respond. Everything was resolved in a timely manner with their help and the police. If not for this incident, I would be very pleased with The Gabriella. Its necessary that the owners install secure locks on the window and downstairs entrance. If those things are fixed Id be happy to stay there again on my next trip.

The stay was an excellent choice. We have a peaceful and relaxing night with my children. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended for those who want a place to refresh not just their bodies but also their minds.
