Because I had a 4:30 appointment, I had to check in before 4:00. For that pleasure, I was charged an extra 40 dollars. They are certainly not a resort hotel. By the way nobody else was checking in.

The guy that checked us in never said breakfast ended at 9am. We had to leave to get breakfast.

The property was clean but it is a little bit frustrating to get into far as to drive up to. But it is very convenient to grab a bite really quick from 3-4 different places all in a short walk

Waited 10 minutes at the desk for someone to check me in. No extra blankets. Room smelled really bad. Carpet was gross.

I called to advise I would not be there till 1 am. I was later and arrived a 2 am she called me to check on when I would be there to hold the room since we ran so late. She was wonderful the hotel was quiet as we needed the sleep and it was very clean. Breakfast was only till 9 am I would like liked that to be 10 am. however, I did get up and it was very good.

Jennifer was professional, cheerful and so helpful from check in to check out. The hotel is in a quiet area that is convenient to the interstate, dining and shopping. We felt safe and rested well. Breakfast was enjoyable for my husband and grandchildren especially the waffles. I follow a gluten free diet due to allergy so I was impressed to see the gluten free options posted on one of the walls in the food service area. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Breakfast was very good for it to be free and available. Waffle maker with several batter options. The hotel and rooms were clean. A couple of food options are close by. Slightly annoying parts of my experience were the elevator was a bit slow and me and my friend had issues with our room keys at one point. Hotel is about 35-45 minutes from Bourbon Street. But overall had a great stay.

I initially requested to cancel my reservation but was told I could not because I had booked it 10 minutes before and the manager wasn’t available to approve my cancellation. So I kept it and stayed. The weather knocked out the electricity. No staff came to rooms to see if patrons were ok or needed assistance. The electricity was unavailable for over 24 hours. No water was provided. No generator was available. Lastly I asked for a late check out and was told no. One hour extra is all I asked for after booking for over a week with deplorable conditions and was told

Overall my experience was good. My only problem was the last day of our stay the elevator was broken and we had to carry all of our luggage down several flights of stairs with twin toddlers😬

Whats not to like check in went smoothly. Place is clean. Room was clean tea and coffee microwave and a fridge in the room. Breakfast was great plenty of choice include an unusual one porridge which was great. Coin operated washer and dryer. Lift a little slow and shampoo containers a tad small for 2 people
Plenty of places to eat near by a Mexican restaurant, Mac’y D’s and a chicken burger place all a couple of minutes walk and a couple of minutes drive as there on the other side of the I10 are a few more restaurants

Room AC sounded like it was on it last leg and very noisy. Our room was right behind the elevator and you could hear it going up and down all night.

The staff were friendly and it was a nice hotel. However, the remote was broken and the new remote the buttons stuck. The ac never worked correctly. It was a nice location and clean.

Just better maintenance for the rooms. My bathroom door wouldn't open very well or close and the heater/air-conditioner didn't work very well. Just an FYI.

Great place, new modern rooms.
I have a complain about the room housekeeping, I asked for a full service in the morning because we stayed 2 nights and when we came back at night nothing was done, beds, bathroom. I don't understant if it's a new rule or what. I've been traveling all my life (220 days a year) and I never experience such thing.

Staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites right off of I-10 in Slidell was the best bang for our buck.We spent a considerable amount of time in New Orleans, so being able to jump right on and off the expressway was very convenient. We stayed for 4 days and it was great. The hotel was very clean. There are plenty of places to eat and shop in the vicinity. And the price was very reasonable. When I come back to the area, I'll definitely book here again.
