Lovely hotel and friendly staff.

We had a great stay in the hotel and our son loved every bit of his time there. The apartment was spacious and well-designed although we found that mattresses were hard and uncomfortable, but we understand that this can be quite subjective. One thing that we found really odd was that the security safe in the room was subject to extra fees which is simply unreasonable and first time I encountered this sort of policy. All staff members that we met were really nice and helpful and made us feel welcome - they definitely make this place great and we can't praise them enough to give them justice. The pool area is great for kids, however, the main pool is too small for the number of guests that the hotel can accommodate. Overall, it is a great place to enjoy holidays with kids when in Mallorca.

Good for families with young children, not so good for couples. Also food marked as vegetarian was usually not with evident bits of meat in, and gelatin in the desserts.

Loved the design of the buildings. Our suite had a lovely private terrace with comfy sunbed. All easily accessible and beautifully laid out. Can’t fault it.

We had a lovely time here. Food was good, staff were very friendly and plenty to keep our son occupied. The toddler pool provided hours of fun! Weather was still great at the end of October.

There was a fault with one of the pool steps made of steel and my daughter and another holiday maker s daughter got hurt the girls had to go to hospital to be given stitches

Nice quite location close to the pine walk and lots of small beaches. Staff very friendly and helpful airy spacious rooms good food.

Staff and entertainment are brilliant. The spa is great. The splash pool and slides need a repaint.

Great family hotel - fabulous food and premium brand drinks. Kids club staff were so energetic,my little boy adored the activities and staff. Just be aware that the Pool area is quite chaotic. Overall a lovely hotel in a pretty spot.

The rooms, pool area and restaurant were spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff were efficient and friendly. The choice of food was just right. The only negative was the glazed doors to the shower and toilet which did not offer any privacy.

The rooms are of a really good standard, modern and clean, we had one facing towards the back of the hotel which was great as nice and quiet. Cleaning staff were really friendly along with the restaurant staff. Food was of a good standard although would like to see a bigger space on the food section as quiet busy. Really liked tge kids food station. Inclusive drinks were good and nice as table service at dinner rather than from a machine. My daughter loved the whole experience, especially the slides and use of inflatables. My 2 downsides are 1. Sunloungers, we didn't get up at silly o'clock every day to lay towels so consequently struggled to get any. 2. Would be wonderful to have another bar area to have a nice pre dinner drink in the evening. Only having 1, which is also the snack bar in the day, was a but limiting. Apart from that, my daughter had the best time ever!

Awesome quiet room, Kids having a blast with plenty to do with amazing pool and slides. Great place and awesome staff serving drinks. Rock on!

Really excellent accommodation and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We booked as a family but really it’s geared up for parents with young children. Breakfast was the only meal we had at the hotel and this was good. I’m sure the rest of the meals would have been fine as well.

Great Spa which was free for guests but jacuzzi was luke warm. The gym was out of use for the duration of our stay which was disappointing. Our overall stay was pleasing with comfortable rooms, good selection of food and good customer service.

Great hotel with a fabulous atmosphere. Good variety and standard of food. Clean and well run. Best of all the helpful friendly staff can't fault them.

On arrival we were not offered a welcome drink or escorted to our room. We were informed that lunch service had just finished but there might be some sandwiches and biscuits at the bar. We were unable to find sandwiches, so made do with a couple of biscuits. The room we were allocated was in the ground floor and supposedly a ‘superior’ suite. It looked onto the back end of a huge crab water slide, which blocked any other view. We asked to be moved and were told there was only room away from the noisy pool area and it was not superior. This room had no air conditioning and was stuffy. Reception were unconcerned and no-one came to address the problem. Worse was yeti to come when, during heavy rain, water came through the ceiling and the solution provided was our bath mat placed under the hole in the ceiling for the next three days. The hotel is only suitable for families with young children. Meal times were like school dinners, with a noise level that made conversation challenging.Unsupervised children chased round the dining room and the bar. Drinks were served in thin plastic beakers until after 7pm, which spoiled the enjoyment of a before dinner cocktail! The food choice at breakfast was good and the tables were set with clean linen and cutlery. However the evening buffet was very poor and we had no meat during our stay as everything we tried was so tough. The salads and pizza were good and there was always ice-cream for desert. We were glad we only booked four nights.

Really lovely, relaxed, friendly hotel in an excellent location, only 20 minutes walk from the centre. Choice of food is fantastic, catering for all tastes and requirements. Very sorry to leave!

This is a great hotel,suited for families or couples.Lovely location on bay of Puerto Pollensa in Majorca.Rooms are of a high standard as is the Spa.We went all inclusive.....food very good at all meal times.Drinks fine with good range of branded spirits.Have stayed here with our kids and grandchildren.Came as couple this time.Easy walk to Puerto Pollensa.

Loverly spit next to the beach. Hotel was full but it was very quiet. No noise at night. Roof top bar was excellent, just needs more staff at sunset when it gets very busy. Staff helpful and attentive. All in all a good place all round.

My wife and I decided to ditch the usual super-lux vacation break for one which was wholly centred on our nearly-2-year-old.And, Playa Mar delivered on many fronts:- The playground + pool playground were great and kept our son entertained for hours- The evening entertainment is generally good and the Animation team work really hard to ensure that the children are having fun- The all inclusive restaurant is good and there is a decent knowledge of allergies etc which particularly helped with our sonUnfortunately, our son could not participate in kids club as there was a min. Age of 4 which I understand is pretty standard for this type of resort.The resort is otherwise limited for adults; although the spa facilities are very good.Would definitely recommend for parents who want to focus their vacation around their young children.

Fabulous hotel for a family with small children as we are. The entertainment team are incredibly enthusiastic and deliver every day on activities and mini disco in the evening. The food was of a really good standard each evening having different choice of food. One of the best things about the place was the pools which are geared up to little ones, as are the rooms with lots of little touches to make our stay fantastic.

We had a great holiday using this hotel as a base. The all inclusive option was very good value, the food choice and quality was very good much better than my previous experiences of all inclusive. The hotel is child friendly with a free nice outdoor swimming which is child focused. The hotel benefits from a Spa which is excellent, children are also welcome during 12-4. Overall a very good hotel, only slight down side is the bathrooms which are starting to look dated.

This Aparthotel has an impressive entrance and reception/lobby. The swimming pool is very nice too. The staff are very nice and friendly and nothing is too much hassle for them. The food is varied but frequently over cooked or poor quality. Likely you have a good selection and you always find something decent to eat. With regard to the room, it looks dated and poorly decorated. The quadruple room is not very big therefore I would not recommend it for long stays. It was ok for 5 days though. Cleanliness is probably the main problem here. Blankets and pillows are stinky and I saw a breadstick (not ours) under the table. I left it there and it only disappeared 4 days later. The bathroom didn't smell very well either and I doubt it had been properly cleaned before us. It is a good hotel for families and entertaining is good and not too annoying. I would recommend it but wouldn't rate it as outstanding. It is a nice place.
