I cannot say enough good things about Villa Piedimonte. From Massimo and his staff, to the beautiful and clean rooms, to the excellent food and drink at the pool, this hotel should not be missed!

Villa Piedmonte was an absolute treat to stay at in Ravello. From their complimentary breakfast, shuttle to city center, stunning pool views and amazing staff, we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel experience. The rooms are simple but have everything you need and staff was so helpful.

Absolutely wonderful property. We have travelled throughout the world and stayed at mnay higj end properties and this was absolutely relaxing, accomodating, beautiful, and quintessential Italy.

Poor attention to customer. The attention isn't worse the price. With a room right at the corner of Ravelo event center, and having the GUCCI party till 1am, I asked to be asigned another room. After hour of wait, I'm still waiting for the new room ;-)! Also, don't expect an efficient internet... just impossible to conect to basic profesional tools and very poor willingness from the staff to help. I NEVER received my Expedia member discount/gift. Amazing views, but unpractical room set up. Poor attention to details, shutle never in time. Etc etc. Better options are available over the Amalfi cost for half the price.

Another property with amazing staff

We had the best views from our room. The location was great as we were able to walk up to the main square. The hotel offered a shuttle for those who did not want to walk. Good buffet breakfast was included. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area with the bar was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend.

We loved it! Unrivaled location with views that will leave you breathless. Amazingly helpful staff. The town is a slightly uphill walk but shuttle service always available if you can’t make the short trek. Convenient bus service to other towns from the city square is n Ravello where the hotel shuttle drops you off. Rooms impeccable.

Perfect place to stay in Ravello

Amazing view but the room waa underwhelming

Our stay at Villa Piedimonte was fantastic. The facility is clean and comfortable. Breakfast and room service were excellent. I had accidentally left my phone in Rome the morning that we arrived in Ravello. The staff was very helpful, making and translating phone calls for me. I was extremely grateful that they were willing to go above and beyond to help me retrieve my phone. (Thank you, Mark!!) The views from our room were beautiful, and the historic village of Ravello is an easy walk, or the hotel provides a shuttle. I highly recommend that you visit Villa Piedimonte!!

Attentive staff , clean room and property , nice breakfast, easy 5 minute shuttle service to the square.

Property was in a great location, close to Ravello town square. Our room had beautiful views of Minori and Maiori with a lovely terrace. However it was on the bottom floor of the second villa, which was annoying to deal with due to our heavy luggage. Food quality was lacking (average at best) and they mentioned they “ran out” of the room service breakfast when we initially ordered but then they delivered it 30 minutes later. Air conditioning (cooling) does not work, the whole hotel is set to either heating or cooling but not both. Thus we had to use our own portable cooling fan. Beds were comfy, soft or firm pillows available, wifi was awful. Overall, a decent stay for the price and location but I wouldn’t come here again.

We loved our stay at this property. The view from our room was amazing. The location was perfect. The shuttle would drop us off at the city center and we would walk back. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful. Christian who was at the pool in the afternoon was very helpful in assisting us with a dining recommendation and also find a store so we could replace a lost cord needed for our cellphone. Breakfast in the morning was great too.

The shower is not easily accessible for older individuals. Getting in and out of the bath tub/shower was extremely difficult. Slipped twice hurting my knee. Also use of cleaning materials is not eco friendly and especially for those with sensitivity to smells. The room had very strong smell of cleaner and we requested the floors to be washed with water to remove the smell.

Just returned home from a weeks stay in this beautiful hotel. Our room was great with a huge patio. The staff were very helpful & friendly & even supply a shuttle car up the hill to the town. Roberto was super helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel & will hopefully return again for a beautiful relaxing stay at Villa Piedmonte

Beautiful views and wonderful staff. Breakfast was a nice selection everyday only company was it’s hard to find GPS sends you on a wild goose chase . Maybe a flag at the gate or a sandwich board outside during the day would be helpful

Nice views from our terrace and breakfast area. Breakfast was excellent. Our suite was a no frills experience. Beliw average linens and soaps. Very average decore and nothing but a couple of dirty lounge chairs on our oversized terrace. Not even a potted plant. Very okay.

This hotel is very nice and the view is breathtaking!! The staff was all around very friendly and helpful and even though it’s not right in the centre of Ravello there is a free shuttle or it’s also a close walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hote! Thanks again!!

Best view. Best hotel. Very accommodating to all request. Within walking distance to everything you want to see in Ravello. It’s simply magical.
