Hot tub did not work. Breakfast I didn’t even attempt for 15$. Upsetting no restaurant server or food. And upsetting closed before 9.

Perfect pit stop for the obligatory whale and bear tours. Good restaurant and bar on site with fantastic views across the waters and easily walkable into town for other eateries. A short drive to the tour boat locations.

The rooms are wonderful and nicely renovated, the view from the balcony is second to none. They are renovating so the halls are worse for wear but I am sure when finished they will be as nice as the rooms. Highly recommended

The staff were incredibly helpful with my online booking mistake. Super comfy beds, completely dark and quiet at night. All I could hear was the ocean. Wonderful fresh cool air. Slept with the balcony door open. Every room had an ocean view! Wonderful.

Even f the view is nice, there is a great deal of work needed in the building. No baseboards, cracked sink, damaged walls in the room, pealing wall paper everywhere. You can see they are trying but there is much work to be done. Also far to walk to restaurants, so kind of stuck with the one at the hotel unless you take your car. Not sure I would stay there again.

Painting on walls in pool real nice. But damage in ceiling and partial wall had leak damage, mold, needs repair. Pool was too cold. Works for laps, but cold when resting. Hot tub was blocked off, was not advised by staff that it was none operational, disappointed.Hallways in Reno's but rooms in new decor. View was stunning, patio nice. Breakfast good portion but cold and bacon hard. Was first table served, so should have been better. overall, price should have been discounted for repair. A credit on account would be appreciated.

The rooms have nice views and the dated hotel is being nicely renovated, but I was given a room under the restaurant. I was woken at 4:30am by staff up there walking and moving things around. I couldn't get back to sleep because of the noise. Do not let them put you on the 2nd floor under the 3rd floor restaurant.

Great property but will be even better when renovation is completed. We were told not to expect a good experience at the restaurant but we were very pleasantly surprised. It too is being refreshed and apparently has a new chef. They accommodated our dietary restrictions and still found a way to provide an innovative spin on our dishes. The views are amazing!

The hotel was a construction zone. I understand that this has to happen from time to time, but there was notice when booking and the prices are way to high for the state that the hotel was in. I was there on business and would have loved to return next time…not anymore

When booked hotel we were not told it was under construction. Staff a deck told us room was all newly decorated. Walking to our room halls were dirty and room had so many deficiencies like bathroom toilet seat broken sink cracked. Beds felt like marshmallows. Drapes were old and dirty bed foot dusters dirty. Patio was totally filthy . when we check out I mentioned we weren’t happy with the room she answered sorry there isn’t anything I can do because we booked with Expedia…..now it up to you to refund us for the hotel you recommended….As we won’t be using Expedia again or recommending to be used by our friends.

In the middle of restoration, hot tub was out of order and workers were carrying furniture out which was left at the side of building. Staff was very friendly. May be super nice once all the work is done!

We were a little bit upset that we spent as much as we did to be in a spot of construction. The pool wasn’t very nice the lining was coming up on the bottom
And it was quite dirty . Another construction zone where the hot tub used to be . The bathroom
Shower wasn’t cleaned very good as there was hair and ants in it . The staff was nice , the keys demagnetized in my
Purse every single time which was quite annoying as we’ve never had that happen like that before . Even if my phone was in a different pouch. The restaurant food wasn’t very good either unfortunately when the kids don’t eat it then you know it’s not good . A little dissatisfied but oh well

Few things already broken like deck pillar almost done no exhaust fan in bathroom bathroom door didn't close properly they took $100 for damage deposit and said they will return it in a week which was never included or mentioned in the listing also there was no drinking water available in the room and they told us just to drink the tap water so we had to buy expensive over priced water, i dont reccomend at all and will never come back!

Was a decent room. Restaurant had good food. Hotel undergoing renovations right now. Pool was not very pleasant- dark and not welcoming. Front desk were not properly trained and rude. Manager did try to rectify the situation.

Had air conditioner which was a must as it was hot, and louder as older unit. Hotel is older so the carpet had the older smell to it. Beds were clean, bathroom was clean.
