Great relaxing holiday. Our second time here and we will be back. We are a couple but we can see that it is great for families as well. Loads of activities organised and really good facilities. Rooms are well equipped with a decent kitchen and spotless. Cleaned every day. Nice balcony facing the pool and the greenery opposite. They do their level best to welcome you. Really well run. We will be back!

Plenty of staff and all very helpful. Exceptionally clean. Room very comfortable and kitchen area very well equipped. Everything in good condition. Hardly used pool or other facilities but all looked good. Breakfast excellent. Two downsides: 1) air con was inadequate for such a big space, and 19*c lower limit was hotter than we like our living space 2) bedroom looked straight out onto “shopping mall” so we couldn’t open the curtains at all.

I really liked the location, it was nice and quiet and not a crowded area around the hotel. There were many restaurant choices with in walking distance. The buffet was great for breakfast ( it was included in the price of the hotel) and we opted to pay for a lunch and dinner buffet on 2 separate occasions which was tasty and convenient. Pools were very nice and everything was kept really clean. I would stay there again

Great place to relax and enjoy a few days in South Tenerife. Great amenities and stuff service.

2 bed apartments clean, comfortable and very well equipped (even has washing machine!). Pool at hotel quite nice and there’s a shallow toddler pool our 2 year old really enjoyed. Only negative really was the family rooms being on the 5th floor and there’s no elevator… lots of wrestling bags/buggies and two kids up and down the stairs for days out so if visiting with young ones or older family members keep this in mind!

Great for families. Quieter area than other areas on southern side of Tenerife, but still plenty of restaurants and grocery stores that are walkable from hotel. Would stay again with kids.

The hotel is in a location with a lot of restaurants and a beach close by. My son loved the pool and table tennis tables and the staff were very friendly. There was a lovely spot down the road perfect to watch the sunset from.

Very clean - and room cleaned every day. Good sized room , with great balcony. TV in bedroom and huge TV in lounge. Well equipped kitchen. Not too big a resort, not like some mega structures we have been too. Good cocktails and beer for the pool bar. Not expensive at all.

Accommodation lovely and clean. Unfortunately we weren't told that only the buffet restaurant was open. Only one bar that closed at 9.45 was open and then lights off. As a group of 4 on all inclusive, very disappointed. Not much food in the restaurant was hot.

Apartments excellent however the food was disappointing not very warm but plenty of choice.

Very good stay in a clean, comfortable & well equipped room. Included a safe large enough for a laptop & was Free!!! Only strange thing was only 1 wardrobe door, a design feature apparently.

Nice apartment-style hotel. Comfortable, clean, well-equipped apartments with spacious balcony. Cosy territory. Meal is tasty, plenty of choices. Reasonable prices for drinks. Staff is friendly and helpful. WiFi is good, but rather frequent disconnection with device.

Nice hotel, lovely newly decorated rooms. Only annoyance was having to wear a horrible scratchy plastic wristband at all times. Surely they could just tick our names off at breakfast.

Everything very good apart from last day, coming back to room after breakfast and key card programmed to lock, so took a while to get back into our room before checking out later at noon.

Limited food choices. Location was a little far away from the action.. to far to walk..

Recently updated to a good standard. Apartments are spacious and comfortable but the shower could be more powerful. The pool was very cold so didn’t swim as much as l would have liked. Breakfast was good with quite a good variety. Would stay at this resort again.

We really couldn’t fault the hotel/apartment. Accommodation fabulous. Excellent. Food was great, so much choice. Staff we friendly and the hotel worked like clockwork. Pool was amazing. Sun loungers fab. Play area for kids great. The entertainment was also very good. We are very happy with our recent stay

Very clean. Professional staff except for one staff who was a bit rude. Restaurant staff were very professional and polite. The staff who checked us in was very very polite. Easy access to local bus service.

The apartments are well kitted out and in very good condition (the refurbishment was about 18mths - 2 years ago).The air conditioning in the bedroom was very efficient, but there not being any in the living room was an irritation, especially when Reception said there would be a hire fee of €15 a week for a fan! Our solution was to open the window in the bedroom and leave the patio doors open which created a nice through-draft. At night, we kept the balcony door open but this did mean that the noise outside early-ish in the morning (ie before 8:30), with the maintenance crew jet-washing the grounds and people dragging furniture around, woke our son up who was sleeping on the sofa bed. Air conditioning in the living room would be essential in the height of the summer (we travelled in early September so it was a bit cooler).We were half board but only ate dinner in the hotel on 2 nights. The range & quality of the food available was good, but by the time we had walked back to our table after choosing at the buffet, the food was cold. Callao Salvaje has a lot of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk so it is easy enough to find food. The best we found - for quality & price - was Nebula, on the next corner to the Hotel.The Hotel is on the main road into Callao Salvaje, but it is not noisy. It is just a 5 minute walk to the coast with a small supermarket in the building selling all you need, including fresh bread & pastries.We will stay here again but not half board

rooms very good excellent couldn't really fault them apart from air con worked great if not too much in the bedroom but hardly at all in the main room/lounge area. pretty good food and choice on the buffet plenty to go round all the time. one real downside found the all inclusive drinks very very poor very limited to what you could get without having to pay for other drinks alcoholic and soft drinks to that point, orange juice,tea,coffee,tonics all extra cost, only one beer on draft anything else in bottles again extra cost, granted named branded spirts you expect to pay for but local drinks very limited choice, last but not least bar open till 23:00 but all inclusive stops at 22:00 !! why ??

Hotel itself was lovely. It was an apartment with separate bedroom and kitchen dining area. Very clean and comfortable.Bed was good and plenty of facilities. There were 3 pools which were nice, although they were doing some work around one of the pools it was still open.The breakfast was pretty good with a wide selection, but the hot food wasn't terribly hot. The staff we're friendly. Other food and drink was reasonably priced for a hotel although one meal was overcooked and also a bit cold.The area was fairly quiet so there wasn't a great deal to do, but a good bus service was available with a stop just 100m away to take you to more lively areas if you wanted.

A great bargain hotel with half board. Everything was in good condition and staff were all helpful. Overall am very impressed with this hotel. As for the location, the area itself is within a quite side of Tenerife

We stayed in a 1 bedroom self catering apartment. The places is extremely clean with modern comfortable furniture. The apartment is cleaned daily like a standard hotel, but with your own full kitchen facility. Bathroom are well kitted out with a separate bidet, large walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. several pools, a tennis court, squash court all available with equipment available for rent. We opted for half board as it wasn't much more expensive at the time of booking, but to be honest the food for both breakfast and dinner was below the expected standard, perhaps more in keeping with a buffet of a 2* hotel in terms of food quality and choices - particularly for the evening meal which we only visited on 2 occasions and both very disappointing. Breakfast was alright with selection of pastries, eggs, beans, cheeses, cold meats and fruit.

Very clean, well equipped apartment with spacious fridge and freezer. Nice views of the sea from the balcony. Comfortable sofa and good size tv. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Book exchange/library is a nice touch. Pool areas not too busy and plenty of well maintained outdoor space. Jacuzzi was very nice, but not always open when the schedule suggested. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend highly.

Good hotel. The music plays all day and the bar service is poor.
