The property was beautiful and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was simply devine such a nice perk. The front desk lady was especially helpful… thank you for booking things for us and for the great recommendations. Lovely experience!

The rooms are quite spacious and nice. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful! Breakfast brought to your room in the morning was icing on the cake.

White Concept Caves was perfect for our stay. It is just far enough from the city center that you are not kept up at night by the noise, but close enough where you can pop in and out as you wish. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The concierge was so helpful in booking our transfers to/from airport/port and to dinners in destinations outside of Fira. The jacuzzi outside the room is very fun and the pool is pristine. Breakfast was delicious every morning and delivered to the room. Really a great stay.

Staying in a cave room was a highlight of our trip! Our large room slept four grown adults well and still offered extra room for lounging. The mattresses and linens were high quality. Having an exterior place to lounge alongside our hot tub offered great memories. We especially appreciated the infinity pool for morning reading. Location was perfect. Breakfasts were delicious and offered something for everyone. We could walk five minutes to all the activity and walk back to the room if it got hot. We LOVED our stay! Elpida was a huge asset and made sure all our needs were met.

Well maintained property. Breakfast brought to room each morning which is a. Ice touch. Close to Fira Downtown. Major downside is noise…spring break parties till midnight, jacuzzi pumps going off every 30 minutes, property doors slamming, etc. The amount of sleep you get is inversely proportional to the super high price per night you pay. Also there is zero view other than your neighbor….there are tons of properties around with ocean view.

Breakfast was great, most of the staff were friendly except for the lady who checks guests in.
The swimming pool that is accessible by hotel guests is large and can accommodate a lot of people. The private whirl pool in front of our unit was not kept well in fact we found many dead bugs in it when we checked in. We did not use the whirlpool at all during our stay because it was so filthy.
Location wise, it quite far from the tourist center. Do not trust the estimated time shown on google map as it will take longer since you have to walk up hill and it is by no means it’s a “gentle hill:

The hotel was beautiful and they really took care of us, between the great room and helping us find things to do around Santorini. It was a great location too! The only thing we had a problem with was a miscommunication about transportation (but fixed really quickly!).

We were pleasantly surprised how modern and clean the hotel was when we arrived. During our 3-day stay, we talked with Ares, Salome, and Alexandra. All of them were fantastic and provided very helpful suggestions (from where to buy local wine to where to eat and go). We also got a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and less than 10 minutes walking from the Fira bus station. Breakfast is included. There is an order form for the guests to choose breakfast items each night and breakfast is delivered to the room next morning. Plenty of options on the menu. Good quality food. Our friends checked in a week later and they also loved it! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Lovely pool, very clean suite. Pool filter and air con next to our Junior Cave Suite were noisy. Breakfast was cold (both omelette and coffee) and from a local cafe, not prepared on site. Good location. Very quiet.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They all go above and beyond. The location couldn't be better; it's close to the city center and in a walkable neighborhood. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the nice hot tub. Highly recommended!

Very clean hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff was amazing. Helpful with booking or directions. They even made sure we had breakfast to go since we had a very early flight. Everyone is super friendly. Only draw back is no view.

We had a amazing time made even better by Alexandra who was most helpful from organising restaurants to activities transfer’s always greeting guests with a smile nothing seemed to be a problem the room and facilities were fantastic Alexandra was the cherry on top that made our stay in white concept Santorini special thanks the staff

When you first enter the area it is a bit concerning bc you can’t drive in. There’s a garbage dump, a torn down building and you walk thru what looks like a bombed out area. Then you reach the hotel. Such an oasis amongst the rubble. Beautiful pools, amazing rooms and so unique. Location. Is very quiet at night. Service is incredible.
If I had to say the dislikes: no view of anything as it’s sunken, not enough electrical plugs (sounds crazy but there were only 4 plugs in a suite bc of the ac taking out the others!) and the bathroom open concept is a bit “too open” - no shower doors (and no place to put your shampoo or soap). We are a close family but “not that close”.
Overall I’d definitely stay again. The proximity to the main area and the incredible rooms made it worth while. Oh and “Ares” is just the cherry on top! Superb service.

very friendly. Difficult to get clear directions to places from staff. Did not feel safe trying to find hotel at night. Did not get any help with luggage (going up the stairs) at check out.

They CANCELLED my reservation 1 week before the stay - I was told by Expedia it was because they overbooked the hotel. If you value having a place to sleep - AVOID

Staff were amazing, especially Alex at reception. Beautiful once on property and rooms are spacious and well appointed. Only challenge was communication with taxi on were to get dropped off as the property was difficult to locate but this may be the same issue with most locations in Fira that don’t have a street fronting them. Great value!

We loved the property and the amenities it came with. Sara was very helpful and prompt in arranging for our needs. This location is central to Fira central square and at a short walkable distance. We'd highly recommend this establishment for your stay at Infinity Collection.

Sara was fantastic, very helpful before we even arrived and during our visit! The transportation to and from the airport was a nice touch, on time and a pleasant ride. We especially enjoyed breakfast brought to our room every morning! A nice location, close to the center of town, but not crowded with people.

Hands down this was the best hotel I have ever been to. The hospitality was 10/10 and just good vibes all around. Sara was amazing and so was all the staff. Very friendly, helpful and everything was perfect. I will definitely be going back there again. It was also the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. Thank you to everyone there who made our stay in Santorini so memorable! We had the greatest time
