Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/Farmington/Station Park is an excellent location - primary reason we chose it. Many shops/restaurants are short walking distance.
Service is just okay. Break is offered, but food is not of high quality. One very frustrating issue was with TV signal constantly going in and out and the staff's seeming non desire to truly investigate and resolve. This was happening in multiple rooms.

Overall, good stay for 1 night. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Hotel is integrated into a shopping area, so plenty of chain stores.
*the rubber shower mat had visible mold on both top and bottom. Needs removed- not needed, unless you're unstable standing - as the tile shower floor is not slippery.

Whole floor smelled, along with our room. As we were checking out, the floor started to smell slightly better, but our room still had a bag smell to it. Pool isn't great, muggy, and small.

Hotel is nice as expected, BUT the bathroom has a design problem. There is no ground water barrier so the whole bathroom gets wet after a bath. The showers were deficient as well, the hand one couldn't lock and kept moving, the higher had too sparse spray with poor regulation options. Other than that, breakfast and amenities were nice, as well as staff being friendly and the breakfast cleaning lady very productive.

The check in process was delayed a bit, but otherwise the stay was good. Breakfast is minimal, bagels, cereal, fruit, scrambled eggs and very undercooked bacon.
Their restaurant only made pizza.

We enjoyed our stay. I think the only annoying thing about it was the sliding door to the bathroom which kept getting played with by curious kids. Overall it was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast lady was quick to clean up messes. We really enjoyed the pool as well. It wasnt too chlorinated to have fun in and the hot tub was a decent temperature. Havent had that at other hotels with cold hot tubs.

Highlight is breakfast - variety of healthy/premium options and environmentally conscious (real plates, silverwares, glasses unlike plastics at other places like Springhill Marriott). We stayed here for 2 nights, specifically want to call out Olga who was tirelessly working to make sure guests are satisfied with breakfast experience. We went to Lagoon which was like 10 minutes drive from hotel, so convenient.
Lowlight is parking, which was a bit confusing and you can get towed away by parking at wrong place as this hotel is in mall area. However, good spot if your primary focus is shopping.

We brought a bottle of wine with us. The hotel has a bar. The staff COULDN'T FIND A CORK SCREW WINE OPENER. Unacceptable. The staff were all kids, no adults here. Bring a screwtop cap bottle.

Best place to stay while visiting lagoon if you are an out of towner. Very clean, and the room was so spacious. Will definitely be staying there again.

Didn’t expect the hotel to be on top of an outdoor mall but it was pretty cool. The hotel was very nice, staff was very friendly. Tons to do in the area. Our only complaint was that the hotel was dog friendly (and the staff was) but it claimed to have an outdoor “dog area” and that are was super tiny and not maintained at all. It very much felt like an. After tonight that was just there so they could say they had one. Everything else about our stay was lovely.

Air conditioning went out at midnight on 1st of 2 nights. Moved to another room at 2:30am. No offer made for any rate reduction or anything else.
Restaurant claims to have 24/7 service, but all we had choice of at 10 pm on Sunday was a pre-made Caesar salad or a frozen pepperoni pizza.

They knew my fiance and I were celebrating our honeymoon, so they surprised us with sparkling cider and hersheys. They also knew we were religious, hence why they didn't surprise us with wine. Great service all around!

The room that I purchased was not the room that I received because they gave my room away. I stayed in that hotel because of accommodations I wanted it’s very frustrating when what you expect isn’t what you get.

I was unclear of the hotel amenities , such as if there was a breakfast in the morning . Not many details like that were given at checkin. The room was nice and big, the beds were comfortable enough. Overall we were very happy with our experience.

We were there for a dance competition at Lagoon. This hotel is so close and has a ton of shopping and restaurants by it that it makes it so convenient in every way. We love it!

Its a little odd getting in, and to the main desk. Getting to the pool is akward. Breakfast was awesome. Beds were really hard, not very comfy. No microwave in the room.
