This was our first trip to Rome so we wanted to stay close to the main sites and the Glam was a perfect choice. The staff welcomed us upon our arrival and greeted our two young children with teddy bears which of course made them so happy! The room was made up beautifully and they even went the extra mile to have a play pen made up for our toddler and we had not even requested that service. The staff here make sure to go the extra mile and it did not go unnoticed. The hotel is on a Main Street so it is a bit noisy late at night / early in the morning but it’s convenient location to the colosseum, Roman ruins, Trevi fountain, pantheon and Spanish steps makes it worth it.

The hotel is very nice and well located. We were given a nice corner room. Check in/out was very good. Only downside to this hotel was the service at the roof top bar and restaurant. Service was extremely poor, some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Bartender was inefficient and somewhat rude. We stayed for dinner and after main course was served we didn’t see anyone at our table for the next 30 minutes. We rose to leave and paid the bill. The staff seemed more interested in horsing around with each other. Worst bar/restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The hotel itself is great and the other staff all fine.

Great hotel in central location. Walked with luggage from Termini station (about 18 minutes). Convenient taxi park right across the street, and it was easy to find restaurants within walking distance. Room was wonderfully large for Europe, with 2 queen beds and a double sofa bed, perfect for wife and me with a teen girl and a teen boy. Staff was exceptional, especially Madalenna at the front desk who acted as a concierge to call a restaurant and offer recommendations. We didn't eat dinner at the restaurant upstairs, but breakfast was more than adequate for our needs. The rooftop terrace would probably be a great place to hang out, but when it's 98F (37C) outside, you just want to hang in the air conditioning.

We stayed one night pre cruise trip. The room was very spacious quiet and beautiful. Walkable to the most landmarks of Rome. The rooftop restaurant is beautiful. and great shopping stores nearby.

I did not like the set-up of the hotel, the limited dining options in the hotel and having to go to the outdoor terrace bar to get ice.

Room was clean and quiet. It’s located within a short walk of the historic area of Rome. Staff were nice and welcoming. We were surprised to find a broken toilet seat in the room that was not repaired.

Great location

This was my second stay at the Glam. Last time, it was great and there were no issues. This time, I had some negative experiences with staff- such as sitting in the roof top restaurant and being ignored by staff. Also, one person would say I could use an amenities early morning but then the next person gave me a really hard time, told me “no” and had me stand at the front desk for 30 minutes for no apparent reason. I will not return for a third stay.

Great experience at check in and rooms were very cute and clean. Also an amazing location and easy to get Ubers. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay. Very courteous staff, large rooms with great AC and WiFi and a great area. Blocks away from great sites and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The Glam is a beautiful hotel, away from the crowds. Great service, clean & walkable to major landmarks.

Excellent hotel perfectly located near every tourist location you will want to visit. Staff were very helpful and quick to arrange transfers for us. Rooftop patio was very nice as well. We would stay again.
