Great place to stay near Reds baseball stadium and Bengals football stadium . Also close to the Hard Rock Casino . Staff at front desk , bar and housekeeping were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely staff here again.

My husband and I came in for a Reds game and when we got there we kinda got lost… a young lady named Morgan was absolutely fantastic. I called and she was able to get us there with no problems. The hotel was a 15 minute walk from the stadium which was so convenient. The hotel was quiet and clean. I will make this my go to hotel our next visit.

We stayed the night to rest before continuing on with our drive to Nashville. The staff were friendly, accommodating and respectful.

When they say reserve now, pay later, they still run an authorization prior to your arrival. Upon arrival, the employees were rude and disrespectful. The hotel in under renovation with outdated furnishings. Our washcloths were filty.

The property was nice. The lobby was a touch outdated & the same trash (old pizza box and door dash bags) was in the hallway from the time we arrived Saturday afternoon until we left Sunday at 11. Not a lot of late night food options near this property, but there are a lot of activities and dine in restaurants nearby. Parking is very accessible and convenient.

Great downtown location. Staff was friendly & helpful. Lobby undergoing some remodeling, but did not bother us.

Parking situation is terrible and it’s $12.50 should be free for hotel guests. Front desk staff were rude. Undergoing major renovations in main lobby. Won’t be staying again even if I was desperate. Not worth the money.

Stayed overnight to attend a concert at the ballpark. This worked out perfectly.

Room was good. Bed was extra firm. Wasn’t great night sleep.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had a king room with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was in a different room with a closing door between them and 2 TVs which was really nice for our 13-year-old. There was also a mini fridge and a kitchen area and the shower was huge. It was in pretty good shape but not brand new, clean but not spotless. The quality of the sofa and chairs were actually really nice and comfortable. The king bed was comfortable but so high it was hard for me to get into (I’m 5’6” but my 6’2” husband was fine). My son said the sofa bed was the most comfortable he had ever been on- memory foam. The bedding for the sofa bed was high-quality and adequate, rare. Our view could’ve been good but unfortunately we had a room that overlooked the trash containers in the alley to the side. It’s not a super tall hotel so I’m not sure any view would’ve been that great. We were only a few blocks from the Reds stadium, Mt. Adams, and CAC So we mostly walked everywhere including the riverfront. There were several restaurants close by (Bru was absolutely delicious- burgers and salads). We had nothing but trouble with our parking key card in the deck next door (paid for and programmed at hotel). I wouldn’t say the hotel staff went out of their way to provide a wow experience but they were nice and friendly. The lobby looked slightly rundown and there was no air conditioning where the Front Desk was (which was really rough on them!) I never smelled a luxury hotel scent (vetiver, etc).
