I really enjoyed my stay here. They really try to keep the upkeep of the property clean and pristine. The pool is amazingly beautiful and big. Awesome views of brickell and Miami. You can even see parts of Miami Beach if you look closely. My only knock is that I stayed on the side of the building that faces a big construction site which made for loud mornings and terrible views. Next time I stay, I’ll request a room with a balcony and different view. All in all, this is a great hotel with friendly people and good vibes.

I would like to say a special thank you Lina at the front desk she was so nice and accommodating. After all flights been cancelled she was so understanding of my frustration ! She even did an upgrade to my room ! Made a bad anniversary into a good one ! Thank you

The bathroom was freezing but the room was warm. We had a late checkout yet 2 different times staff keep knocking on our door seeing why we haven’t left yet. Also, the shower water was warm, at best.

In previous visits, my family and I have never encountered issues at this hotel until recently. Our recent stay at the Dua Brickell hotel left us profoundly disappointed, marking one of our worst experiences. We have never encountered anything like this before and are still recovering from our stay. Upon informing the front desk of bed bugs that disturbed our sleep and presenting evidence of bites on our necks and bodies, the management team took no action beyond stating they would inspect the room with a team. Upon our return, they informed us they found no issues and insinuated that we may have caused the problem ourselves. No compensation or resolution was offered for our inconvenience. I would caution against staying at this hotel if you wish to avoid similar issues and poor service.

DUA is a great location if you want to be a few blocks down from the crowds and liveliness. Great hotel, friendly staff, amazing food at downstairs restaurant. I recommend the octopus!

I liked the property but the rooms need more. There needs to be a sofa or somewhere else to sit for 2 people. Of course there is no fridge to put left overs, just a fridge full of drinks you pay for. There needs to be more hooks and places to hang your clothes and towels. We had to hang them over pics on the wall and random art on the wall so they could dry.
Other than that it’s a great location and huge pool! Fabulous waiter at the pool. Didn’t like the DJ at all, loud obnoxious house music all day. Miami music SUCKSSSSS. Every song is a remake like we’re fist pumping at the Jersey shore.

Check in was nice and staff was friendly. I did not agree with guest's valet parking was $60 per day. Other nice hotels in the area only charge $35 for parking a day. Also, we were there for 2 nights, and 3 days and the room did not get cleaned once. On the last morning, we called for fresh towels to shower, they never brought them to the room. Would not stay here again.

They didn’t replace the speaker the Ac was leaking they didn’t fix it construction was loud there was a fire alarm going off all night long hated the stay

Great service and especially want to complement the hotel receptionist who has been very attentive and also upgraded our room. Highly recommend to check out the hotel restaurant as well
