Booked for a quick getaway. Pictures listed show the place perfectly. During my stay, it didn't seem like the property was very full yet, so elevators were basically no wait and the beach not crowded at all. My check-in email was delayed but was taken care of quickly when contacted property about. Would definitely book again.

The condo was perfect we loved the decorations, the beds were super comfortable, and we loved the outdoor patio furniture. Everything was super easy and it was so nice having an assigned parking spot.

We needed a relaxing getaway for our anniversary and we were not disappointed! The unit is just as described. Beautifully decorated, very clean and in a great location. And don't even get me started about the bed. So comfortable! Best sleep we've had in a while. The condo is located in a less crowded spot but close enough to all the fun. And there is plenty to do for sure. The private balcony is very spacious and provides an amazing view of the ocean from the 21st floor. We saw dolphins and stingrays swimming around. And the most gorgeous sunset we've ever seen! We are so happy to have spent our time at this beautiful spot. Karen is very kind and available when needed. We will definitely visit again. Thank you Karen for everything!

This trip was definitely MAGICAL! The best sunset! For the first time in our life we saw DOLPHINS! The condo was spotless! Gorgeous! Super clean! Bed linnings smells amazing! We wanted to go back next year!!! Thank you Karen for sharing your place! ❤

The condo has a spectacular view of the gulf. Accurate description and photos on line. Hair in the tub, and a dust bunnies under the bed as I looked for my phone that fell on the floor. There were many light bulbs burned out and the ones that did work were too dim. The toilet paper dispensers in both bathrooms are missing as well as the towel rack in the hall bathroom. The holes from the anchors are there and one had patch mud so it is a known issue. The condo has been painted and the wall behind the refrigerator is still the old color, visible by just cooking at the stove. Kinda just the little stuff that makes you wonder how much attention is paid to maintenance in general. Whoever is supposed to take care of the place is taking the owner to the cleaners.

This property hands down was the best we have stayed out! Nicely decorated, great location and awesome view! Loved how secure the whole property was as well! Will be back!

Unit is beautiful and just as advertised. The owner was always fast in responding to any questions we had and very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Parking garage was super tiny worried my truck was gonna hit the top.. Place was super cute and very cozy. U can see everything in the water from the balcony.

Staying at Karen's Condo was the best experience for my Family's first real vacation. It was very clean, decorated beautiful, and felt so relaxing. The view on the 21st floor is breathtaking. Everything was close! Karen was very responsive, and helped you if you needed it. Would 100% come back.

A friend and I started our spring break in PCB, and Twin Palms Unit 2103 was the perfect location. Beautifully decorated, beautiful view, SUPER COMFY beds!!! And this may seem silly, but the water pressure in the shower was really great, too. That's always a selling point for me. Despite being at the top of the complex, we never had an extravagant wait for an elevator, the parking was simple and convenient, the beach, despite it being spring break, wasn't excessively crowded, and the one and only issue I had was quickly answered by Karen! We really enjoyed our quick trip. Thank you for the accommodations!

Property was very clean and the location was central. Sits right on the beach. Karen was easy to reach, although the check in instructions said we'd be given the door code an hour before check in and it didn't arrive until 30 mins after the scheduled time. It wasn't a problem for us because we didn't arrive until an hour later. The decor of the condo was trendy and cute, it was VERY clean, and the bed was comfy. It was just what we needed for a few nights at the beach.

This is the perfect rental for couples looking for a getaway with an amazing view and direct access to all the relaxation you’ll need while on your trip !!! Host was more than accommodating and very sweet! We definitely enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future. 10/10 recommend
