Stein Ericsen residences was unbelievably beautiful!! Amazing ski in/out and service was top notch. I will never stay anywhere else.

Great residence, facilities and location. However, the staffing (primarily valet) is limited and that takes away from experience. The rooms are nice, new and clean. The layout is strange with no bathroom door in the unit and the open shower facing the open window. The gym and pool facilities are great. The ski valet is mostly good with some exceptions. The valet service is spotty. I think there is usually just one person there who may also be the person who drives their shuttle. If that person is not there, there is no valet service at all. While it’s not a big deal, I wouldn’t expect to have to load large suitcases into the car by myself in an establishment of this caliber.

It was the best experience we had , the staff were so amazing and the costumer service was excellent. Everything were beyond the expectations.

This property left quite the impact ! The staff was amazing , breakfast was delicious, they go the extra mile for everything. Extremely clean, spectacular views , pool , and Best staff/ drivers ever! So glad we booked here, Can’t wait to go back soon !

The property was stunning. The rooms were well designed and decorated! The entire property was situated in the beautiful mountains with stunning views. Excellent service from the staff and especially from Josh!

Its an absolutely beautiful location and the pool and spa are better than the lodge. The room was lovely and huge and they provided some great basics (e.g. dish soap). Like all hospitality, service was up and down (took 4 asks to get a hairdryer) but Irma in the resturant was amazing. Keep in mind you can't room service but they do a great job sorting out food to take away.

Great hotel. If you don’t like this place, you may have some other issues in your life.

We usually stay at the Montage, but we thought we would try the Stein Residences. Never again! There is no comparison to these two stays. The walls are SO thin at Stein. On one side, we had a dog barking all evening, and on the other side, someone had music turned up so loudly, it made our windows shake until well after midnight. In the picture of a Platinum room, it shows a balcony. We did not have one. Instead, every window looked straight into another person’s bedroom just feet away. Although the breakfast was included, it was very disappointing. Finally, our room could not be cleaned because of Covid. However, at the Montage, they clean twice a day. Again...no comparison to the service and stay. Go to the Montage!

Absolutely amazing! Whatever you imagine your fantasy hotel to be, this property will hit it all! As a frequent traveler, I’ve had enough experiences to be able to recognize when a hotel deserves 5 stars & the Stein Eriksen Residences surpasses that level in every way. Views, great customer service, very tasty food, nice pool, and so much more. We really enjoyed our first stay there and will be back often.

Well-appointed unit with every convenience. Skip units on the rear side of the North Tower because of a noisy generator.Linens and towels are wonderful. Perfect corona protections in place. Excellent, knowledgable staff, especially Brandon and Charly.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit...it was very large with a kitchen, living room, dining room, 2.5 baths and outdoor space with a great view of Park City. The pool is amazing and has great views. Service was good but some inconvenience with Covid-19 precautions. I would stay again and recommend to friends.

I had the pleasure to stay overnight at the SE Residences. The staff was extremely nice and cordial. The amenities were perfect and everything was very clean. I’d definitely come back!

For those who have always wondered what separates a standard luxury hotel from a truly world class one, then you need to plan a visit to the Stein- Eriksen Residences locates in the ultra posh mountain town of Park City, Utah to find out. As with any great hotel, it starts with location and on this count it’s hard to beat the Stein-Eriksen Residences. They are situated in the middle of the famous Deer Valley ski slopes. In season, residents literally ski down a small connector from the back of the property and find themselves mid slope. The views from the lobby and many of the high end rooms are breathtakingly beautiful. Even the lower end rooms have pleasant views, although not nearly as grand. However, it’s the service and amenities that make a property really shine, and here is where the Stein-Ericksen Residences stand above the rest in the crowded Park City luxury accommodation market. The staff attends to every detail, big and small. Jeff, one of the evening attendants went out of his way to use our time on the free shuttle to town both comfortable and informative. He did everything for us from start to bedtime akin to a personal butler, and did so with professionalism and enthusiasm. The next day Cameron (I hope I have his name right) picked up where Jeff left off, and went so far as to wipe my rain spattered windows with a towel to make sure my view was clear. Each of them made it their mission to see that no detail was overlooked during my stay.

This place is like Heaven. Best place ever. Words can’t even describe how amazing this place is.

The residences are nice with well appointed rooms. Pool area is beautiful. Draw back is very limited F&B. The actual Stein Erickson lodge needs a facelift.

We had a great visit at SER. The facilities are awesome as is the local area. Staff is super accommodating. The pool and spa are fantastic as well. We felt pampered. We definitely plan to visit again.
