We had a great stay in Pucallpa. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and professional.

The staff at this magnificent establishment truly went above and beyond to ensure that my time there was nothing short of exceptional. Let me begin by praising Dinko, the remarkable bus driver and doorman, whose warm greetings and helpful demeanor made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. His kindness and professionalism set the tone for the rest of my stay. Carolina and the entire front desk staff, along with the other doormen, were outstanding. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request made me feel truly valued as a guest. I must also mention John and the restaurant staff, who always served with a smile and made each dining experience delightful. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for the impeccable cleanliness of my accommodations. Every corner of my room was spotless, reflecting the hotel's commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene. Despite my minimal knowledge of Spanish, the fluency in English displayed by Dinko, Carolina, and Ester was a tremendous help. Their ability to communicate effectively ensured that I felt comfortable and understood throughout my stay. The close proximity of Costa del Sol Pucallpa to the Mercado, Plaza de Armas, and the port was incredibly convenient. Visiting Pucallpa was a good experience, staying a this hotel it just enhance it. Very happy we pick this place. My only recommendation is probably with breakfast that was included. Perhaps a little more variety of food and the attention of the staff needs improvement.

The public spaces like lobby aren’t air conditioned which can take a little getting used to.

Avoid this place at all costs. Rude workers. Bad Service. I tipped one Room Service $5. The next time I ordered, the worker stood there after I paid my bill, obviously expecting a tip. After that, they screwed up my next 3 orders, obviously on purpose. I did not feel safe, comfortable nor welcome here.

Very nice hotel with very little a/c in public areas. So dress lightly.

Friendly staff, breakfast buffet was good. Very clean rooms.

Did it receive anything different from any regular guests. I went for a meeting and I found stains in the bedsheet. Long strings of hair in the bathtub. Therefore not very clean as it used to be.

Probably one of the best in Pucallpa. The room was ok, although the water didn’t get hot. The breakfast was simple and basic. Gym needs some improvement. The area was great. Would stay here again for the area

I had a lovely room one night, large with a hair dryer, quilt, etc then I checked out and came back to a smaller room that had no quilt or blanket, the bathroom did not have a dryer, there were chips in the tub and sink the toilet ran all night. The people were wonderful and the shuttle great.

This hotel is very centrally located in Pucallpa on a quieter street only a couple of blocks from the Plaza de Armas. We stayed here before about 10 years ago when it first opened, before it was a Wyndam property, and the service was as excellent as before. My wife was alone for this trip, and their free airport pickup was on time and fast. The manager and front desk staff were all very helpful, as was Oscar in the cafeteria where the breakfast was hot and delicioius. The cleaning staff work dusk 'till to keep the property clean & immaculate. This is a first class hotel with great security and all the amenities you could need, and we highly recommend it!

I chose the hotel because of the swimming pool, but when I arrived, it was closed for maintenance. I had not been notified in advance, so this was disappointing. It is a beautiful hotel though and has a very friendly staff.

My only issue is with room service it's not 24 hours as stated, no menu physical or electronic in the room you have to call and have it recited and make a quick choice instead of being able to relax and think about what you want. Breakfast in the room is limited to American. Guess are paying and should be able to order what they want.

Very kind and helpful staff. Hot water is not very hot, and the pillows are so large that I get a stiff neck when I try to use them. Spa facilities are lovely,and easy walking distance to town center.
