The vacation rental was spotless.

The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and then some. Well maintained and the beds were comfortable and helpfully varied in size. Expensive add-on fees but we were glad to be able to bring the dog. Good location on quiet street.

Location is perfect for our activities around the lake.

Really enjoyed this property. Close to Kings Beach and Northstar in quiet neighborhood. Gas fireplace, game room, and 2-car garage were great to have during the massive snow events. Very comfortable master suite. Great trails in the forest for dog walks.

The home is very nice and useful. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and there is plenty of space for everyone. If anything could be improved it would be a larger table so everyone could eat together. Table fits about 6.

House was located in a nice neighborhood to walk my dog. Northstar and a Safeway was nearby. House was stock with spices. Pots and pans were not great. I tend to expect this and would bring a few from home anyway.

The home was very nice, Except that we weren’t told there wasn’t any AC. The house came with 3 fans. 1 that didn’t work. The house has 4 bedrooms and one living room. This house should have had 5 fans. One for each room and living room. It call the property management and brought one other fan, but we had kids that were swearing at night.

This property was as beautiful and clean as advertised. The management agency was friendly and welcoming and provided today the level of service needed to make our visit a success. Thank you!

This property is everything as described in the listing. There were no issues with check in which was great considering how late in the evening we arrived. The inside was very clean and felt like a home. Everything you can ever need was there from plenty of towels to a well stocked kitchen with all the cutlery, pots, and pans you would need to cook meals for the family. There were plenty of board games to entertain and plenty of space for our pups to relax. The location was only about a mile away from the lake, some shopping, and grocery. Drive a few more minutes we were at the regional park that we went to for sledding. A couple days before check in I connected with The property manager to ask for late check out and she was very accommodating. She also answered any questions I had. I would stay here again if I were to come back with a group or family.

Great property: super-clean and well-stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Amazing house, convenient location, close to the trails and downtown.
