We stayed here our final night of a two week journey through France and Spain. I booked the hotel with the intend to rest and eat, before continuing North. I was overall pleasantly surprised! The staff is very polite, helpful and make you feel welcome, the services they offer are great. The room was amazing: we had a view of the 'grand arche' and we totally loved the fact that you could control everything with the iPad or through the app on your phone. From all our hotel stays this vacation, this was the only hotel where we were able to stream through chromecast on the tv. The bed was very comfortable. I even contemplated staying an extra night to get some.extra rest, but opted for the late xheckput instead (because of our schedule). The location is at walking distance of several restaurants/food chains and the mall is also very close. We will definitely return to this hotel!

If you have any reason to be near Paris La Défense arena, stop searching for hotels and book this place. The location is perfect. The hotel is literally across the walking path. Besides the perfect location, the hotel is modern, clean, efficient and friendly. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to LaDefense Arena....and also close to a fun area to explore. The rooms are small (reminded of being in a cruise at first), but honestly for a reasonable price, it was fantastic. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to love this hotel. I booked it because of its reviews, one review said it was the best hotel they had ever stayed at. But from all our nights there, could never get comfortable. Main problem being the A/C, it could never get cold enough. And they tried everything they could, switching our room 2 times. But it was universal across every room and floor. And so in the night me and my wife would wake up from being hot. The hotel did all they could, from being in 3 rooms I can say it was just a whole hotel issue. Their A/C just wasn’t strong enough, a typical European thing. Our American blood is just too hot haha. If you don’t like sleeping cold, then you’ll love this hotel! Can’t take any stars off for that!

CitizenM exceeded all my expectations. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel room itself was spotless, and incredibly futuristic. My only criticism would be the inability to pay with cash. I understand as we step further and further into the future, we use it less and less. But my card hadn’t worked in France since I arrived, so I found myself unable to purchase anything.

Best hotel I ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. The hotel fit all my needs and much more. The beds are super comfortable. The rooms are so cozy and you will refresh when you wake up. The technology aspect was super cool. Being able to control your room to how you want it was amazing.

By far the best hotel I ever stayed at. Situated in a perfect location. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Don’t get me started on the rooms. Most comfortable bed I ever slept on. First time staying at a Citizen M hotel and will for sure stay at one again.

Excellent! Had very slight reservations re its proximity to town. However, 5min walk to the Metro and then less than 10mins to Arc de Triomphe. Never had a bad stay anywhere at a Citizen M. Recommend!

We went to a concert at the arena, so it was absolutely as convenient as it could be. We watched the crowds dwindle and then walked over (it took one minute). The room was terrific, and the hotel food (we order pizza after the concert) was yummy and fast. So glad we stayed here

Great staff, clean and modern hotel. The provided iPad controls EVERYTHING in the room. Best Hotel to stay at if you go to La Defense Arena. 7mn walk to the metro line 1 which can bring you easily to the heart of Paris within 20/25mn!

Best location to book a hotel when attending a concert. I went to see Taylor Swift alone and everything was good except the male staff who checked our id at the entrance right after the concert finished. The check in was smooth and nicely managed by a man who was very kind and helpful. Somehow he asked the room number for everyone so I prepared mine. But for me, he wanted to check my card from the hotel and I couldn’t understand what he meant so he was a bit agressive. Discomfortable. There was also an issue with my breakfast that I had to pay at the counter because one male staff couldn’t find my breakfast details so I had to pay on the spot. Then at the check out, I was billled on top of 2 breakfast for 2 people. I had to wait for the manager because the young lady couldn’t fix it. So I arrived late at my appointment. Other than that, I would book again.

In the same courtyard as La Défense Arena so you can exit the arena, have a drink or nosh at Billy Billy’s next door and stumble into your bed at Citizen M! Bedding was dreamy, the iPad controlling room temp, shades and lights easy to use. Yes, it’s a compact room, perfect for solo traveler or a couple with not a lot of luggage. The staff is amazing, this will be my new home base when I’m staying in Nanterre or La Défense.

I wish I was staying for two nights!! I love the unique style and atmosphere - the staff are very attentive and caring. I was here for the Taylor Swift concert and I appreciated how the lobby played Taylor and gave guests a Swiftie-fied, handwritten welcome card. The room was spotless, the bed very roomy and comfortable. I ordered my dinner

Hotel modern and clean. Room quite small bit has eveything tou need. Staff helpful and friendly. Conviently located for La Defense Arena. Limited selection of bars and restaurants in the immediate area but large Westfield centre close by with greater selection.
