Great experience for Taylor swift concert! Best location to stay for the la defense arena! Bed is big and super comfy and the food at canteen m is really good! Highly recommend!!!

We went to a concert at the arena, so it was absolutely as convenient as it could be. We watched the crowds dwindle and then walked over (it took one minute). The room was terrific, and the hotel food (we order pizza after the concert) was yummy and fast. So glad we stayed here

The staff were so kind and helpful! Literally right across the street from the arena which was exactly what I wanted. The breakfast was also delicious.

Best location to book a hotel when attending a concert. I went to see Taylor Swift alone and everything was good except the male staff who checked our id at the entrance right after the concert finished. The check in was smooth and nicely managed by a man who was very kind and helpful. Somehow he asked the room number for everyone so I prepared mine. But for me, he wanted to check my card from the hotel and I couldn’t understand what he meant so he was a bit agressive. Discomfortable. There was also an issue with my breakfast that I had to pay at the counter because one male staff couldn’t find my breakfast details so I had to pay on the spot. Then at the check out, I was billled on top of 2 breakfast for 2 people. I had to wait for the manager because the young lady couldn’t fix it. So I arrived late at my appointment. Other than that, I would book again.

Great staff, clean and modern hotel. The provided iPad controls EVERYTHING in the room. Best Hotel to stay at if you go to La Defense Arena. 7mn walk to the metro line 1 which can bring you easily to the heart of Paris within 20/25mn!

I cannot say enough about the kind, welcoming, helpful, and incredible staff at Citizen M La Defense. Every person who helped us went above and beyond in their hospitality and kindness. Nicholas, Marc, Trish, edeneide and truly everyone we interacted with was incredible. They helped us feel welcome and were so kind to my daughter. Thank you again for an amazing stay.

Its was amazing

In the same courtyard as La Défense Arena so you can exit the arena, have a drink or nosh at Billy Billy’s next door and stumble into your bed at Citizen M! Bedding was dreamy, the iPad controlling room temp, shades and lights easy to use. Yes, it’s a compact room, perfect for solo traveler or a couple with not a lot of luggage. The staff is amazing, this will be my new home base when I’m staying in Nanterre or La Défense.

I wish I was staying for two nights!! I love the unique style and atmosphere - the staff are very attentive and caring. I was here for the Taylor Swift concert and I appreciated how the lobby played Taylor and gave guests a Swiftie-fied, handwritten welcome card. The room was spotless, the bed very roomy and comfortable. I ordered my dinner

Rooms small, had to ask for hot water , no tea in rooms, no water, limited options for breakfast.

Hotel modern and clean. Room quite small bit has eveything tou need. Staff helpful and friendly. Conviently located for La Defense Arena. Limited selection of bars and restaurants in the immediate area but large Westfield centre close by with greater selection.

Rooms are small. Just big enough for 1 or 2 at a push. Modern design ie most stuff is controlled by a (broken) ipad, but who needs it fir a room so small you can earily reach all the switches. I dont want a manual with my hotel room. Sink in the main room as shower room is to small for it. Coloured led lighting in the bathroom just makes your skin look a funny colour when trying to shower.

Great concept. Very small room but extremely clean, well equipped, modern and comfortable. Perfect for solo travelers.

Very friendly staff, easy parking at a fair price, rooms and Hotel very clean, great view on the grans arche, small but functional room. The only negative part is that the person sleeping towards the window has to crawl over the other person. That could have been solved better,

Excellent staff here. The room and bathroom is very very small, but very clean and modern. Super cute restaurant/bar/common area. Didn’t enjoy the food much but the drinks were good. 10 minute walk from the metro. Would definitely stay here again

That was the best hotel we have ever stayed, literally. Even though we travelled across 40 countries and stayed in posh hotels,I am taking my hat off for this one. The service, the room, the staff, the breakfast, the design of the hotels, books in the lobby - everything and everyone was so accommodating. Thank you!!!!!!!!

The staff is amazing the location was perfect accessible yet away from too much of the traffic congestion. Only issue for me was getting luggage to and from door… reception area is not the most accessible
