Quite a bit of space and very clean. The beds were comfortable but very high. We literally had to jump up to get on them and I, at least, had to be careful betting off. There was one chair in the room some distance from the TV. It would be nice to have a desk chair on casters so that a person could watch the news in the morning without having to jump back in bed. There is plenty of room for another chair.

I booked two rooms on Hotels.com when I arrived, the facility said that they only had one room for me. Currently, I am being charged for two rooms. The Holiday Inn said I had to go through Expedia. No one has responded to my text inquiry yet.

Hotel itself is nice. Area around is very run down with many homeless people wandering around the super 8 up the street and by the gas stations. Never received room service Was told they had 90 checkouts.

We checked in late after a concert. The staff wasn't very friendly or communitive but there were no issues. Our stay was short. The room was clean with no issues.

Lots of interstate noise. No reg. coffee or trash bags in room and room was a bit tight with two queen beds. Other than that it was a very clean place and recommendable!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were phenomenal. My daughter was there for MEPS. All tho they couldn’t disclose anything they made sure we were on the same floor as her. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Window didnt have curtains to block out blaring outside light. Horrible to sleep, constant light in room. Really bright. Hotel needs to put black out curtains on this side of bldg. Awful to sleep!!!!

Excellent hotel with very clean rooms! The food and drinks were decent and not over-priced. The only thing to be mindful of is there is a Motel 6 right next door that seemed a little sketchy, so the location may not be the best.

Everything was great except we had a room facing the front of the hotel and all the bright lights shined in the window all night due to the black out curtains not being made to close. Other than that, we were happy.

I stayed here three years ago, with a couple of my family members, and felt comfortable and safe. When another trip to Knoxville came up, this Holiday Inn was automatically my first choice. Staff is helpful, beds are comfortable, rooms are huge (at least my two have been). The only thing I don't like is the position of the towel racks by the sink; for those of us who stand when washing our hands, we either have to push the towel to one end and stand very awkwardly to avoid our clothes touching it, or we lean right into it and it gets totally contaminated by our clothes. Could there please be a rack on the wall above the sink?

We had requested our 2 rooms be cleaned on a daily basis for our 4 day reservation. One room was cleaned once and the other not at all. We spoke to the front desk upon arrival and daily regarding the lack of cleaning. We were told our rooms would be cleaned but they were not. We had to go to the front desk for towels and toiletries due to the lack of cleaning service. We were very disappointed with the service from the front desk and cleaning service.

The rear of the hotel faces Interstate 75 and can be noisy. Otherwise, it was a very nice facility. The staff were very friendly.

We initially were given 307. I entered room at 4pm to find it occupied. We were then given room 420 which was nice except curtains don’t close and back parking lights shined in our room.
