Almarossa’s location was amazing! So convenient to everything we wanted to see in Bologna, and a short walk to the train station for day trips. There were food and beverage options next door and across the street, and a market very nearby. The layout of our room was great. It was nice to have a mini kitchen. We were able to keep drinks and snacks on hand, and even cooked a meal with ingredients we picked up at the market. Great shower and lots of space. Staff was very helpful recommending restaurants and helping us arrange a car to Maranella. Our only complaint was the bed. Hard is an understatement! Luckily, we were exhausted and had a bad case of jet lag! There was some neighborhood noise, but the windows eliminated most of it and earplugs helped with the rest. We did not take the breakfast option, so can’t comment on that. I also didn’t use the laundry facilities, but if it had been later in our trip I certainly would have appreciated having the option.

Perfect location for walking trips, restaurant visits, and museums excursions in all directions. Very friendly staff and management. Will surely come back

Modern and big appartment in the centre of Bologna, good and large bed, kitchen and sofa bed, nice bathroom, everything in the city centre is walkable or cycable. Staff very helpful and friendly, only downside is the noisy main road in front of the building.

We stayed at Almarossa for 6 days. We were very happy with the location and the apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Good location. A little noisy if you stay on the rooms facing street. They do provide ear plugs which helps. Supermarket near by. Great restaurant nearby called Osteria Dell’Orsa. So good we ate there 3 times. Excellent house wine. Best lasagne we’ve ever had Overall will stay there again. I recommend.

Centrally located near lots of great bars and restaurants. Lovely clean apartments and well equipped. Do read the information in the kitchen. All the wine left in the fridge and kitchen is chargeable if you did not book through their website. Would have been nice to be free for all guests. Also ensure you use the shower mat when stepping out of the shower. The bathroom floor when wet is like an ice rink and unbelievably slippy. Nearly had a nasty fall.

Hotel was in a great walking distance to all places we wanted to see. The parking was a little inconvenient, although we managed to find a spot on the street and purchased tickets from parking machine. The room was clean and updated with no frills, although we found the lights in the room to be too dim. The kitchen area with coffee available was a nice addition.
