Everything was kid friendly, plenty of room, easy access to the lake. Only had a couple showers roll through and they were when we were inside. There was ant problem. Someone thought it would be a good idea to line the bottom of the grill with aluminum foil, so the grease collected on the foil and caught fire. Everything was good because someone was standing right there, but definitely not how that should be. They put a pan on the grill to catch the grease. Tried to find out about the garbage and recycling and never got an answer.

The house was beautiful and had a great layout. We found the house to be very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The teens were all housed upstairs with a beautiful loft to hangout in. We loved the property. The wraparound porch was so inviting and we spent a lot of time out there. We loved using the fire pit every night and roasting marshmallows. The refrigerator died the second night we were there. The Vacasa manager for this property was amazing. She managed to get the frig replaced the very next day and we were compensated for the food items we lost. The only negative thing I have to say is the property needs some outside weeding done around the porch areas and the outside of the boathouse needs to be cleaned. We would definitely book this property again!

The home is very nice and has great amenities. The kitchen is very well stocked and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The waterfront beach, the dock, and the kayaks were all very nice, and it was great to have a screened in porch and refrigerator right at the lake. One important item for renters to know ahead of time: this home is located on the private/hot side of Lake Anna. If you are planning to bring a boat, make arrangements with the local Vacasa rep ahead of time for where you can launch your boat. This home is in a community, which has a small and not very nice boat launch, but it apparently isn't available for this home. You will need to make arrangements to launch your boat from another subdivision and if you're not familiar with the lake, you'll need to get directions to the house from that location.

House was great. Right on the lake with a little beach which was absolutely perfect for the kids. Dock was awesome to hang on all day. Yard was great for games. House size was perfect for 8 adults and 6 small kids. Only complaint is there was ants everywhere. Deck was infested and some inside through the kitchen. Cleaning could be a little better. Bushes need trimmed around the steps. All in all we had an awesome week.

House is exactly as pictured. Rooms are spacious. Everything is new. The kitchen is stocked with all the gadgets needed for cooking and grilling. Plenty of games and puzzles to keep you family entertained.

Family oriented, kitchen well stocked with supplies, clean throughout, grocery store close by. My kids loved feeding the fish.

Beautiful home and very spacious. Love that the dining room table sat 12!
