It was the perfect house for our family vacation. The kids could not get enough of the bunk beds and the pool! The neighborhood was great as well. We will for sure book this house again next time we visit Arizona!

Very nice home in good neighborhood. Spacious layout and had all the amenities we needed for staying the week. Our kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. We’ll be back if staying in the Goodyear area again!

Stayed two weeks and would stay there again if we have an extended stay in Goodyear AZ/ Phoenix West Valley. This home is in Estrella Mountain Ranch development which is relatively new and is surrounded by beautiful mountains and scenic desert landscape - the drive in is really nice. The home is very clean and in good condition, it has a nice large kitchen - which we used a lot, comfortable furniture and beds and a modern open floor plan. The patio is very nice, it has a large grill, and we enjoyed sitting and eating in the shaded dining area. There is a nice pool (which we used but didn't pay to heat) and hot tub that we used a lot. It is a very walkable neighborhood with connections to lots of trails bordering the neighborhood. The property managers were very responsive on the couple of issues that we had (door code didn't work, texted them and it was resolved in minutes. Grill didn't work and it was fixed the next day).

We were looking for a centrally located home to stay while hiking, attending the Phoenix open and playing pickleball.This home is impeccably clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to a boutique coffee shop and great amenities.Host is very attentive although we didn't need anything as they had it all!Highly recommended.

We loved walking to the coffee shop each morning. The view of the mountains is incredible as you walk up the street. The green space in front of the house is so pretty We also loved just walking in the neighborhood. The hot tub was so great. We didn't use the pool but it is very well kept and nice lighting in the evening. It's a great location for us. The home is clean and lots of towels and other supplies We even made dinner for our family one evening and there was plenty of space for everyone. This was our second stay here and we really enjoyed it.

Nice house. Pool and hot tub great. Kitchen was adequate. Not a lot for children. A few board games. No pool toys. Not a pet free home, dog (?) hair on furniture inside and out. Easy walk to coffee shop and trails.
