I enjoyed my stay at hotel Ketchum. Great location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants and the hotel had great amenties. I would definitely stay here again.

I tried to have my room ($258) refunded due to the nearby Wapiti fire and the hotel being on the only evacuation route. I did not feel that being a tourist and an extra car in the area was a great idea. The hotel manager's response was "we are not affected by the fire here" and said they would not refund it. It shows how they feel about the local people in the area...they would rather have tourists in the area than allow the locals to leave on the evacuation route if needed.

They have done a decent job of keeping an old facility updated. They gave one of the best free breakfasts...a good selection of options, served buffet style and well prepared.
Our King Suite was spacious with lots of windows and very clean. The bed wascomfortable but the matress is starting to sag. Two more chairs would be nice.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Sat out on the patio (could have used a small table?!), and took advantage of the nice weather. Breakfast was great and the hotel grounds are darling, love the Ewe theme.

Hotel Ketchum is in a conveniently located area to restaurants and shops. The decor in the lobby, rooms and hang out commons is fun and unique. I especially appreciated their eco-friendly approach in providing a filtered water station, bulk toiletries and towel service on request.

Nothing major. People were nice I think they were a bit understaffed. The CSR was concerned that rooms were not ready very busy. The outside areas/park lot were a bit dirty but the room was very clean.

Loved this funny little hotel in Ketchum, loved the pool & hot tub, plus the outdoor seating area w: fire pit & games. Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was really good, comfortable bed & pillows. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was immaculate. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. Breakfast was good with a social group of guests.

The customer service is phenomenal at this hotel. That is their best feature. Otherwise, I feel that the hotel is way overpriced. Compared to many hotels I have stayed in around the country, I would call it a two, maybe three star hotel. The best thing about it is the service and location. We were not thrilled with our original designated room. They texted to ask if everything was as expected. When I told them no, they upgraded us at no charge. The upgrade seemed a bit cleaner, less worn.

The room was okay, the bed was not a king as advertised. The complimentary glass water bottles were a nice touch, but I saw after I had already drank from one that the bottle was not clean. Also, no one came in for room service between nights.

Everything seems fine, and enjoyed the outside area and fire pits…a nice place to hang out in the evening. Downside is that the pool is advertised and mentioned upon check-in, but when we went out to the pool it was covered as was the jacuzzi! Also major roadwork on Main Street is a bummer we didn’t expect…
