Centrally located, easy to get there, very clean and all the accesories needed were there.

This little cottage was perfect to come home to after a day of hiking. We had everything we needed and it was spotless.

This property was perfect for the two of us. Great location close to everything, the property was very clean, bed was comfortable and every amenity was provided and more.

This place is great. Walkable to restaurants, bars, coffee, etc. it’s the perfect size for a couple and had everything you could need in a quiet neighborhood. So close to all the major hikes as well. We’ll be back for sure!

We are the “keep to ourselves” type of guests, and this place worked out really well! Everything you would need/expect was easy to find (towels, basic dishes & cookware, remotes, property info). The place was really cute & close to everything we came to Sedona to do. The host was very responsive to communication (she replied right away when I messaged her with our ETA for check-in, and when we checked out). The guest expectations seemed reasonable: put used towels in the hamper, wash any dishes you used, generally put things back if you moved them around (no excessive/unrealistic expectations).

Property and location are great. The only bad part was the owner being very intrusive meaning she complained about everything. We accidentally broke one of the driveway reflectors (which i sent an 8 pk to replace). A bit more stress than needed.

Nice place to stay in Sedona. Extremely peaceul and very quiet. Comfortable bed with good pillows. Easy drive to the local attractions. The cottage is slightly larger than a hotel room but the loveseat, table/ottoman, full size fridge and microwave made it very functional. Only thing I would suggest is a power strip as there weren't many outlets. For a larger person, the corner shower might be tight.

Cozy cottage with all the amenities. Perfect location within easy reach of all of the Sedona area hikes. We loved our maiden trip to Sedona!

The perfect small space for two. Very nice, clean, quiet, and up kept. The heart of Sedona a quick 5 min drive. Oak Village and Jerome less than 30 mins away. Well worth it, this space will not disappoint.

Basically it was quite suffisent and convenient for our need to enjoy and experience Sedona relaxed way and felt at home.

We were only in Sedona for one night, but this was a great place and had everything we needed! The location was perfect! Everything we went to was 10 mins or less away. Check in was easy and Ivonne was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean and cute. Enough kitchen to make simple meals - refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. Comfortable bed. Helpful host.

It was in Sedona and was priced right. It's small. Would be good for 2 people who travel light and just want simple meals - cereal, toast, bagels, sandwiches or something to pop in the microwave.

We had a nice stay in this clean property with a very comfortable bed. There were lots of extras - pretty much anything you could need.

The casita was exactly what I needed for my stay in Sedona. Located in a very peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance of hiking trails, coffee shops, restaurants, and the spiritual center I wanted to visit. Every street & street corner offered breathtaking views of the red rocks! Owner was easy to contact and provided clear information about the casita and surrounding areas. Thank you!

The photos make the place look bigger than it is - so pay attention to the sq footage! This was not a good fit for us and I actually began looking for another place even tho I would lose the money. My biggest complaints are about the lighting and seating. There is a small love seat, that is of very low quality. It’s not comfortable as you sink so far down the arm rests are no longer of use, and it’s an effort to drag yourself up out of it. The lighting is terrible, although the host made sure to show me how the dimmers on the overhead work (yes, I know how to use dimmers). There are two overhead fixtures, and a nightlight. If you want to read a book or look at a map - you’ll need to use the flashlight in your phone. Funny, I never thought to ask if there were bedside lamps as they are a standard amenity anywhere you book. Like the title said: if you only plan to sleep here - it’s fine. If you want a place to relax during your downtime- this isn’t it.

Very clean, comfortable bed, nicely decorated studio located in a quiet neighborhood. Arrived to find snacks, coffee and other items. Owner/manager very easy to work with. I would stay there again. Very convenient location.

The property was perfect for us as we flew in and spent the day hiking roughly 15 miles just to sleep it off here and continue our road trip early the next day. The property is beside the host’s permanent residence and you will share a driveway. No issues whatsoever and we would recommend to anyone coming to this area for a few days.
