House was amazing. We have stayed in the neighborhood before. Near everything and very close to all attractions. We have a very large family of adults and kids. 22 of us including 8 kids between 12 and 0. Set up was almost perfect. My only complain, considering it was my room, was the room with ocean views (not the primary). Had no bathroom and no door to balcony. You can see out to balcony but not have access to it. Also, the bathroom is through the foyer to the other side of the house and is shared with the other room in that area. A bit not fun in the middle of the nite. All in all a great location and fun was had by all.

This home is VERY spacious and feels solid! The second and third floors were very spacious - even the hallways were wide open. Fourteen of us stayed in this beautiful home with a 17 month old on the third floor who could not hear a thing going on in the kitchen/family room. Direct beach access is must! Thank you

Will stay again and again

Our large family group, ages 10 months to 66 years, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 7 Guscio Way. Location kept us on an awesome wide, flat beach, away from the crowds even on a busy holiday weekend. Well appointed with everything we needed. Only negatives were the small living room for our large group trying to watch college football, and very limited parking for such a large home. Property management company was great, allowing us to use their parking lot for overflow parking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of 7 Guscio Way was the best feature of this oceanfront/beachfront home. The beach in this area is not lifeguarded. It was not congested with people at the end of July. The 8 bedrooms and 7 1/2 bedrooms accommodated our family of 22 with adequate bedding configurations. The garage and entrance stairwell need attention. The house was a short drive or bike ride to Cologne Plaza for shopping, food and restaurants. The family sought additional services from HH Cabana Services for daily setup and take down of chairs and umbrellas, Vay-K Gear for additional rental of bikes, kayak, paddle board, boogie boards, etc., professional photography services from Willie Rice, Photographer. All additional services were excellent. Some family also went parasailing and jet skiing. Island Time Realty provided excellent customer service regarding needs and questions along the way.

We are experienced travelers, and former owners for 18 years of a duplex Beach Rental property in NJ; Every summer for the last 10 years, we (20-25 Family members) go somewhere, eg. HHI, Murrells Inlet, OBX, Myrtle Beach, etc. Expectations were high since this house was renovated this year. External appearances were good, pool clean, pool area very pleasant, plenty of chairs ,grill was clean and had propane, linens were excellent. Inside was clean. Now for negatives: One Frig. (with slow ice maker), is inadequate; only 16 dining chairs or stools; Microwave broken; portable one was supplied; Broken ice machine and five broken rocking chairs stored on the ground floor; (only 2 rocking chairs available); access from ground floor to pool was thru a row of large bushes; granddaughter locked in third floor bathroom as a result of a cheap broken lock; Realtor staff responded fairly quickly after hours and had to kick the door down; Elevator stuck between floors; piece of cheap internal cage door broke off and jammed; Staff slow in responding and had to remove the door; Internet never did work consistently; never could watch TV ! I know how important reviews are, and I tried to be fair in my assessment, but from our experience, some of these problems were unprecedented and should never had happened. Our family voted unanimously never to return to this house !! Hopefully this review will help owner and rental management to do better next time !!

Good spacious house, great spaces on 1st and 3rd floors. Not 8bed/8bath as two bedrooms on 2nd floor share the bathroom. Located next to public beach access path. Property manager quick to respond and fix issues. Overall good vacation.

We had an excellent stay at the house in HH. A great location on the water and easy access to food store and shops. There were a few minor house related things that need to be addressed: 1. Front door lock did not work with given code . 2. Back door to the second floor balcony is difficult to open — bottom of door is tight against door frame. 3. Some of the TVs in the bedrooms did not get any channel service. 4. The hallway bathroom on the second floor has a window above the toilet. The window faces the windows of the next door house — could use a mini blind or curtain to provide privacy. Overall we loved the house and will come back again. Mike G

It will definitely be somewhere we come back to in the future. Everything was perfect and the kids had a great time. There were several that have never been to the beach before and were very happy with the experience. Only issues we had the whole week, was there was not enough parking for a bus due to the narrow side road where house was located, but the situation was rectified quickly and some nice neighbors took care of us with an rv parking spot that we could use for the week, and the other was on the front porch there is a direct window view of the 1st floor bathroom/shower area, which we learned didn't have a cover over it from the doordash delivery guy. He told us we might want to cover that! We had an awesome visit and will definitely be back soon!!!!

Had to constantly ask for trucks to be moved. Wifi and tv's did not work properly. Bottom step of back porch unsafe.Optical illusion causes mis steps. One guest fell and had scrapes and bruises. Ice maker didn't work. Seating in d/r and bar area needs replaced. All knives need sharpening.
