Carrie was very accommodating and responsive. The house was perfect! Great location, easy check in, beach toys and chairs, and the kitchen had all things needed for an easy stay! Carrie truly made it a home away from home.

Family of 4, had a fantastic time in RSB. This is a lovely unit, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Comfortable seating in living area with large TV and cable, amazing for watching hockey playoffs! We had dinners out but great to have an updated kitchen for breakfast and lunches. We rented umbrellas and chairs from a family run shop just north of the condo, Rad bikes and Beach rentals, which were very reasonably priced.Owner, Carrie Lee was quick responding to questions, check-in and check-out very straight forward. Would definitely return!

We were celebrating my son's birthday and all he wanted was to be by the beach. This is a great location and property to stay at were you can enjoy the water and downtime. Not crowded and peaceful. Loved it.

This could not have been a more perfect place for our 4 night getaway. It was an easy drive from Tampa airport. The location was exactly as expected from the online listing. THE BALCONY!! Beyond perfection for morning coffee, early afternoon reading, nightly cocktails. Lots of food options nearby. Well stocked with necessities. Highly recommend!

This apartment large and plenty of space for our family. The location was ideal and the beach was beautiful. It really had all we needed. It was also a quiet which was great for our early evening with a sleeping baby. Check in was a breeze. However, the condo had a few issues. The toilet handle in the primary bathroom was broken, so you had to lift the lid and manually flush the toilet by lifting the chain with your hand in the water. There were also fruit flies everywhere, which were not ideal. And last, there was a stain, that looked like tar on the comforter in the primary bedroom that just made the bed feel dirty. The sheets were fine, but the comforter was either actually dirty or stained, and either way, did not give a great impression. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.

Our stay was for a girls fishing trip. The condo was clean and roomy. There were 6 of us and the bed set up was perfect. The view is amazing and the beach was not crowded at all. Definitely will stay again.

The place was great. It was very clean and was the right size for our family. Owner was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. It is in a great location and beach is not very crowded.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and ready when we arrived. The pool was warm and having the beach right at our doorstep was awesome. Close to many restaurants and grocery store.
