Really enjoyed the stay here. House has plenty of beds, a full kitchen and a beautiful garden. The best part was the waterfront. There were few kayaks on the property to use and it was awesome. Even sitting on the beach chair and enjoying the sun was very calming. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

This property has a beautiful beachfront that helps the full family and friends to unwind and retreat. The property is well managed and have a beautiful view of the Puget sound. The view of hurricane ridges behind in the backdrop adds a Serene view and bring in calmness to every visitor. The beach front Yard provides a great opportunity for kids to play around with a beautiful waterfront view. The kayaks helps everybody to have an enjoyment in the calm water and immerse into the nature. The beds and rooms are clean and provide good space for up to 10 people to sleep comfortably. The kitchen also is spacious if someone wants to do a group cooking activity. I personally love this place and will definitely visit more often with my family and with my friends.

We were fortunate to have great weather and the back deck was the star of the show, we spent a lot of time out there, the house was comfortable with plenty of amenities. Really good value for your money

This was a Great house to just relax in! We loved the beach, the back porch, the kayaks, the location. Just wish we could have stayed a few more days! It would have really saved us time if the owner would have had a notebook of common information- like the lock code to access the paddles for the kayaks- it took WAY TO LONG to get this simple information and we missed going out on a beautiful morning, but I really appreciate the owners giving us a credit for the glitch of not having any water for the first few hours of our stay. All in all, Im hoping that we will come back soon!

Despite our last-minute booking and modest expectations, it pleasantly surprised us with outstanding value. Conveniently situated just a short distance from the town, the area also boasts 24-hour stores, with Winco being a standout choice for high-quality refreshments and culinary offerings. Combining waterfront access with a commanding mountain vista is a rare and highly sought-after feature. Moreover, the spacious accommodation comfortably accommodates a family of six, and its competitive pricing only enhanced our overall enjoyment of our stay.

Though we loved the location the house has some major issues. First impressions: This house is the dirtiest house we have ever stayed in. Stains, dust, and dirt on walls, base boards, window sills, head board, dirt in cabinets, etc. The deck was covered in bird poop and had a broken spa with sitting water on it. Trash, socks tools and toys scattered in bushes and walkways around the house. The garage is full of trash and the door separating the garage and house is all glass - you see it all. After some time we see bigger issues throughout the house. Half the house slopes down toward the deck and then you see the deck supports are broken. The deck gives and moves a you walk on it. There was smells of gas and the CO2 and Smoke det. were removed and in the closet. Wires hanging loose from ceiling, receptacle plates missing, cables hanging everywhere. 3 of the kayaks they offer had holes and took on water. Feels like a bad flip house that was rented out. We reached out to Vrbo/Vacasa and no one wants the pictures or seems concerned. They credited us the clean fee (early in the stay) w/o us asking and now they say that they have remedied the situation. They preemptively credit us and now all further issues are null? Seems shady. I would love to go more into detail of the issues and experience with Vacasa; however, there is a character limit. This place has the potential to be a great stay. Its just a shame when you feel you got the bait and switch and have no recourse.

This property looks nothing like the photos. I thought we’d be able to sit on a ledge and enjoy the water. The kids would be able to swim and enjoy the sun. Nope, not at all…the water was dirty, no ledge to sit on and no where to swim. I have a daughter that has an emotional support dog and I asked if we could bring the dog. We have a letter from her doctor that says she needs her dog. We were denied and I tried explaining the situation and still were denied. When we arrived at the house there was a dog bed and bowl. Go figure…also the neighbors dog runs all over the property. Things need to be renewed…towels, dish towels and games. Also, a list of need to knows would be good. How to work the stove, convection oven anything helpful to people staying there. Extra supplies if needed toilet paper, paper towel and trash bags would also be good to have on hand. Having 10 people staying there you these supplies without having to run to the store. So, if your staying there be sure to take everything you need.

This location is perfect for hosting a family gathering, offering a tranquil setting with beachfront access and breathtaking views of the Olympic mountains. Moreover, it's conveniently situated near various restaurants and shops, with some of them operating 24/7. Additionally, it's just a ferry ride away from Seattle, making it an ideal spot for families with kids who want to come together. We definitely plan to return to this wonderful venue.

This is a great place for 2 families to meet . Our kids had a blast with kayaking , collecting shells from the beach and playing with the water . The low tide and high tide on the water gives a great way for kids to enjoy both water sports and beach activities . Not to say the magnificent view of Olympic mountain and the sunset . I would surely books an annual week here for my family in summer .

This home was a great location for our stay. Great access to Ferry and other amenities. The house was a perfect size for our group of 7 adults. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The greatest part was the view of the water and Olympic Mountains. Would stay here again for sure.

The landscaping, private beach & view were pretty spectacular. We appreciate that it was dog friendly and conveniently located nearby downtown Bremerton & the ferry terminal. The master had some nice features & the beds were comfortable enough. Overall, the house & furnishings were lower quality than the landscaping, though tons of space. What knocked it down to 3 stars was that it didn't seem ready for renting out yet -- it wasn't fully cleaned after painting & other work, dust in the newly assembled dressers, assembly paperwork & extra screws left out, brand new dishes but they weren't clean, etc. Having to do a lot of wiping down & cleaning was not what we hoped for a long weekend getaway. Assuming they address this issue, think it would be a consistent 4 or 5 star home.

Ideal for a family of three household to meet. It’s is close to seattle , just a ferry ride away and also close to the Olympus mountains. The house has great view of the mountains and also beach access. Great for staying short term and for those who love nature. Would be coming back in summer

This house is spectacular and the water view is amazing . We could see kayaks and paddle board which would be great during spring and summer . The sunset from the deck and master bedroom is awesome. Also you wake up everyday seeing the water as well as the Olympic mountains . The road to the house form the main road is very steep. So during snow, please have a four wheel drive and also drive very very slow. If it is snowing it would be good to park on the main road and walk down the hill . This is only for the snow time but should not be a problem in spring and summer.

The house is beautiful with great views! It is very close to the ferry and very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. It was also having toys/games and kids loved it . The house surpassed all our expectation. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house close to seattle with awesome view and activities. The house has amazing view of the mountains, access to the water and very close to Seattle with just a ferry ride. The house has a nice garden and a great deck to relax. Nice place for a family reunion. We will surely come back in summer again

We stayed here to get away from the crowded city and what a find. Awesome place where you can enjoy the mountain view, access the beach & bay and great garden. It was such a relaxing trip that we got reenergized and ready to get back to work . The house is big and can accommodate 3 families easily. We did not have any issues finding kitchen items and the internet was pretty fast. They had TV’s in all rooms and also had board games for kids as well. It is close to Seattle and can get to the city on ferry in 1 hour. Also there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We found life jackets and kayaks but could not use it as water was too cold. Great activities to plan with kids during spring and summer. They have a green house and would be lovely if guests can use it also This place will be great during spring and summer to stay. We plan to come back next year and stay longer here

This is really a gem. We had our family reunion here and we had an awesome time. Awesome mountain view with access to the beach. There are also kayaks and life jackets in the storage that you can use. The house has enough rooms for three families with TV's in each room. This is a great place to be if you have kids as they have organized the place with board games . Great garden with awesome water pool to greet you. We really enjoyed the stay and will come again to this place. Highly recommend the place

Filthy, unusable hot tub. Dusty. Dog foot prints on floors from prior guests, cobwebs. Outdoor construction underway during our stay. Beautiful views and nice time with family but property was poorly managed. Still waiting on my hot tub refund.

The garage was full of stinky trash that started to stink up the house there was dog poop out side on deck And the hot tub was not usable at all and I was charged an extra fee for the hot tub I called the company as soon as I got there and also several times during our stay and they just kept giving me excuses and saying they will contact a local no one came or called to fix any of it there was no coffee pot and lots of spider webs and tvs do not work

I repeat, the house is very nice, I think it needs to improve the furniture in the back bedrooms, check the grill that it is clean so that the next people find it ready, the propane is full, the cleanliness is very good very nice and spacious house, excellent because you can travel with my dogs, perfect to relax
