Pessoal agradável, muito solícito, zona tranquila para descansar. Os apartamentos estão bem mobilados, a cama de casal é muito confortável. As casas de banho são espaçosas e luminosas. Os aparelhos de ar-condicionado são potentes e muito silenciosos.
Uma das piscinas não estava limpa, nem entramos nela. A outra, a principal, desconhecemos. Pequeno-almoço fraco, sem reposição. Tivemos de chamar a atenção para a falta de proteção para as moscas. As paredes exteriores dos apartamentos estão a precisar de manutenção/pintura. Os interiores estão em muito bom estado, salvo algumas paredes, onde começa a aparecer 'salitre'.

Idyllic! We loved our two-night stay in one of the Domes, surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife - including nightingales! Breakfast (and dinner) was delicious. The stylish swimming pool was an added bonus. Thank you to the team at Herdade Ribeira de Borba for your friendly welcome.
Perhaps more hanging/ storage space in the Dome would have been helpful.

We like a lot the location, the views, the concept of serving dinner.
We have enjoyed the pool and were happy that there were enough sunbeds for everybody.
The stuff is very nice and polite.
Glamping in our opinion has nothing to do with a sophisticated stay. We missed the possibility to open a window or doors to have a direct access to the terrace.
The air condition has to work the whole time to have the feeling that the ventilation is ensured. The bathroom is very small and you feel like in a bathroom in the airplane.

The property is located 10 mins from Vila Viçosa.. It was a wonderful surprise as we were not expecting this location to be so clean and relaxing… especially during these COVID times. Every attention to detail was taken care breakfast times staggered for different guests, wonderful breakfast… The family rooms which we stayed have great design concept and very clean. The pool was so relaxing every guest has their individual sun lounge for their vacation.. Wi-Fi great reception in rooms also the reception for phone calls is not to good which I consider during a vacation a great bonus .

The location is perfect for a city getaway. Location is peaceful and quiet and very well maintaned. The room was quite big and very clean. All the staff was helpful and breakfast was good. To repeat definitely!

Gorgeous location, lovely pool, hot tub under the stars, cute cats, crazy bathroom, wonderful views, big comfy bed. Nice breakfast. View from the upper terrace over the cool abandoned pool. Watching the birds. Tranquility, being in the best most private accommodation. Good WiFi.
Basic things missing from the apartment such as chopping board, bread knife, salt, pepper, olive oil etc. Kitchen is annoying small compared to the rest of the accommodation. Bathroom floor got very slippery and dangerous, more floor towels or something to clean it would be useful. We had to wait for an hour to check in despite arriving after 3pm and the hot tub took 7 hours to get warm on the first night. It would have been better to fill and start it before we arrived. The bath in the bathroom looks cool but is basically a massive sink! No blankets for sitting outside as it gets cold at night.

A quiet place to stay with everything you need to relax and escape from the city. The room surrounded by the nature is absolutely amazing.

We loved this corner of paradise. The pools are amazing, the breakfast so fresh and tasty, the vilas so beautiful till the last detail.
We stayed in both casa de pombal and casa azenha and we couldn't have chosen better. They surprised us with a beautiful honeymoon arrangement, and we have to thank again the friendly warm staff that made us feel special.
The nature is breathtaking, if you love having privacy and relaxing moments this Herdade is the place to go.
