The house is located in a perfect spot to get to the beach quickly, and to all the other stores that you might need, including great restaurants! The house was well stocked with all the items you would need to cook meals! The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space for the family! My family lives close by so this was perfect for them to come by and visit and to get to the beach in just a few minutes! Not to mention great restaurants like Farlows and Lock and Key! The host thought of everything with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, sand, toys, towels, etc. you literally just need to pull up and enjoy your time!

Our stay at this property was excellent in every way. It was very well located for our trips to Braves Spring training games. The property was exactly as advertised. It is in a nice neighborhood and is located near many good restaurants. The home is spacious and relaxing. We highly recommend it!

Exactly as advertised, very clean, lots of room, located on a dead-end street in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from Manasota Key beaches. Great communication throughout the stay with the owner, will definitely return in the future.

The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. I have a special diet and have to make most meals so this is important. The only complaint was the bottom sheet kept coming loose on the bed in the primary bedroom.:) It was clean and well taken care of. The location was easy to get to.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at the Manasota Beach house. The hosts stayed in contact with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The house was so well furnished, especially in the kitchen! She even had beach chairs, beach towels and a few beach toys for young children. The house is conveniently located near several beaches, restaurants and shopping. Plus being on a cul-de-sac ensured a quiet place to relax. I definitely would stay here again. We had various family members stay different nights with us since we were all in Englewood for a surprise birthday party, and all of the adults were impressed with the house as well. I highly recommend this rental and am grateful that it was available.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful and cozy property! It was everything we wanted and more! Location was great- beach and grocery stores all within 5 minutes! Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach toys and cooler was already there which was a huge plus! Would definitely book here again!

The home is spacious and comfortable. Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. The price was very good. It was also very clean. We brought our own chairs and umbrellas but there were some there if we had needed it. I will definitely save it for future visits and i have already let friends and family know what a nice place it was.

We absolutely loved this house! The location was perfect for us. We were so close to beach road and Englewood beach but it was also a straight shot to Boca Grande where we spend many days during our stay. The house was a great size and it was so nice that the teenager could watch tv in his own space and the younger ones could watch a movie in the other living space. We walked every morning and felt safe in the cute neighborhood, we would love to book again at another time!

The property was spacious, clean & updated. Conveniently located on a dead end street & close to shopping the essentials. We especially enjoyed the open kitchen as we like to cook/entertain. The only thing is I wish there was a small screened in porch (lanai). Nontheless, you will enjoy your stay here.

The home is well-maintained, well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and very spacious. I visited with my husband and three children, we have plenty of space to spread out (there are two living rooms with TVs/couches). The kitchen has everything you could need. The owner was prompt with communication and informative. I’ve stayed at many rental homes and this one I would definitely stay at again.

This property was awesome. It was must bigger than what the pictures showed, we had plenty of rooms so everyone had there own space. Home was very clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The home had everything we needed to stay comfortably. We loved this home so much we will definitely be renting this one again.

This house was a real find, I think the best we have stayed at in our years of Venice visits. The host has thought of, and provided, everything to make a person feel like a personal guest of the house. It was more spacious than we expected, and the rooms are comfortable and super clean.
It is conveniently located close to food, restaurants, and beaches.
We had a great stay and would highly recommend it !
