Very closed to the Central station. You can see the sign of the hotel on your left top after walking from the station for a few minutes. It is clean and the staff is kind and supportive. Then gave us the map and guidance how to explore the city. I really recommend to stay here !

When you first enter the hotel, it looks good in general. But the rooms were a disappointment for us. The curtains are so dirty that you feel uncomfortable. The air conditioners are central, you cannot adjust them yourself. The bathroom kits are empty. There is a lot of noise in the rooms facing the train station.

Property was ok for one night and served it's purpose as a place to sleep for an overnight stay. Property was reasonably clean and tidy. Was a bit far from the centre for me.

The hotel is in a convenient location. It’s easy to access the train station and within a walking distance to the city. The hotel is clean and modern. The breakfast has a good range of selection. The staff at the front speak good English and are all willing to help. Would recommend it without reservation.

Generally good: good parking area, good climatisation in the room. However, I did not feel safe in the fittness room. It is located very isolated in level -2, with no windows, only one door, and no phone connection. It was not an option for me to use the fitness room for these reasons.

Very helpful reception staff breakfast staff were very efficient. Good breakfast which was suitable for all diets. Italians don't drink milk in their tea so they don't supply in the rooms, asked for milk at reception and was provided. Rooms weren't cleaned daily but towels changed

Not a 4 star hotel definitely a 3 at most, room was ok bed was very hard location was good for early train in the morning and about 15-20 mins walk to centre of Verona

Close to the station so easy to walk to when arriving by train or airport shuttle bus. Outside centre of town but easy 10 to 15 minute walk to historic centre. Modern, clean. Helpful staff. Fantastic buffet breakfast.

Room was roomy and clean. Staff at front desk are not 4 star quality customer service people. You barely get a hello. Breakfast was painful. long lines and it is certainly not a help-yourself buffet. Location is far away from everything. Expect a 20 minute walk to all attractions. Definitely not 4 star, they don't even give you coffee to make in your room. You have to bring your own. Wont be back.

Great hotel for the $. Short walk from train station. A bit of a walk to old city. Was pleasant out, so we walked. Breakfast is good. Beware of 10:30 am checkout time. We’d definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel very close to Verona Central station. The room was small but very nice. Biggest complaint is that the bed was not very good. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was nice

Our stay was great the room was clean and comfortable with a great view, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good with wide variation. The hotel was a short distance away from the train station about 5 minutes, and a short 15 minute walk from the city centre, which wasn’t difficult as there was a lot to see on the way.
