Took the family to celebrate a 80th birthday for my father-in-law. The house was beautiful and a great location to the Poipu beaches. Only gripes were that since you are on the golf course, the lawn mowers and leaf blowers start at 7am, so bring ear plugs or play lots of white noise. The only other issue was the inside stairwell. Since the stairs and the floors are the same wood, 3 people out of our family of 6 missed the last step and fell within the first day. Ended up buying painters tape and marking the last step which ended all falling

The home is stunning & our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Immaculate, well stocked including beach chairs & umbrellas. We enjoyed the hot tub and sunsets on the lanai & how close the shopping center was. Thank you, Wailani Kauai

Overall, our stay was great. However, the most concerning issue was that there are cameras on the property, both inside and outside that were not disclosed. After our stay I reached out to the property management and they stated that the cameras are disabled. However, I wish I knew of their presence on the property before I booked. All other issues were minor and the property manager addressed them promptly. The home was beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the Sonos system that was wired throughout the house. The home was well stocked with all the items needed for us to cook meals. The home was also very clean and all linens and terry were as well. Assuming the cameras are removed, I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it, especially as an efficient location for activities on the south, west, and east parts of the island.

I would have more kitchen cooking accessories, make easier for a family of 5 (us) or larger to cook. Add cleaning supplies easy to find. If you are staying a place for 5 plus days you want to keep it up! and if your signature picture includes a fire pit, one would assume you can use the fire pit. is it safety issue? anyway thought the feedback would help

This house is awesome! Family of 4 with a 16 and 18 year old. They loved having their own rooms. Plenty of communal spaces for eating and relaxing. Hot tub on the Lanai in the evenings was great! Location was perfect for us. Close to beaches and restaurants and an easy day trip to the North Shore. Hosts were quick to reply to a minor issue that we had. Check in and check out was very easy.

Wonderfully appointed four bedroom house on a golf course. Full sliding glass doors open up from the living area to the entire patio. Central location to Poipu and surrounding areas.

Our trip to Kauai was storybook, in no small part to the home. The architecture, landscaping, and interior of the home was stunning, it was immaculately maintained, and located in a gorgeous and safe community. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. The bedrooms had ample space and the bathrooms were perfect. The view from the balcony was the highlight of the home! This was, overall, the best VRBO home we've ever rented. I would highly recommend this home and would happily rent again!

Wonderful house and location!

What a spectacular home and place to stay in Kauai. We were here for my son’s wedding and a group of eight of us stayed on the property I can’t say enough about the outdoor lanai. We spent hours and hours just enjoying the view and watching the sunsets. the space is so conducive to visiting with family and friends. I highly recommend this property and would love to come stay again. Mahalo!

This was our third time in Hawaii, but first time on Kauai. The home is in a perfect location, close to the beach and shopping. We loved the lanai, and the spaciousness of the home. We are sad to be leaving such an incredible home!

This house was an absolute dream! We were a group of 5 adults and 2 little kids and this place was perfect for us. Very spacious so we never felt crowded, lots of amenities, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and couches. The Oceanview lanai was definitely our favorite part. We spent a lot of time relaxing out there, enjoying the sunset from the hottub was a real treat. The Parrish group made everything easy! We couldn't be happier! Thanks for a great trip!

This is a beautiful property. Well maintained. Very good location with scenic overviews on a golf course. Very advanced electrical system (light switches and A/C) were challenging for us but should not discourage anyone. Highly recommend.

My family (spouse, parents, and my sister’s family with 2 small children) truly felt at home in this beautiful property. The house itself has high end and comfortable furniture and is a short drive or a moderate to long walk to several beaches and restaurants. We greatly enjoyed the large lanai for breakfasts each morning (usually greeted with a rainbow) and for dinners around sunset. Beds managed to satisfy both firm and soft mattress lovers with nice linens. The house was immaculately cleaned and wifi strong enough for two pre-teens either gaming or streaming videos constantly during their designated “screen time”. The house is nestled in an upscale neighborhood that surrounds one of the golf courses. We took walks each day around the area and the adjoining neighborhood just across the pedestrian access through the golf course. I don’t really have complaints but a few tips: 1. Buy & bring ice. There is filtered water at the sink and in the refrigerator as well as an ice machine. But there never seemed to be enough ice to match the tropical cocktails we were enjoying on the lanai. 2. Plan to bring your own seasonings and cooking oil. I’ve found rentals to vary widely on what is provided in the kitchen. This one had a good coffee machine, toaster blender, microwave, range, oven and frig (no rice cooker). The kitchen was also well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, serving and storage containers and utensils but no cooking oil or spices. 3. If you really want a big resort experience, consider staying here and getting a resort day pass. We spent 5 days in this home and 4 days in the big resort. The pools and beach front access of the hotel were great for a day or two but this home was not only more economical for our group but provided a better overall experience for our family trip.

We loved staying here, the views and rooms were great, beds were comfortable, and the ease of access to beach and restaurants were minutes away. The patio deck was our favorite place to relax too. Loved this home.

There was construction going on next door that we and the management company were not made aware of. We had a 7-month old who was unable to sleep during the day due to the work going on next door They worked with us and were very understanding of the situation.

I stayed at this home with my husband and two adult kids. It was a beautiful home and nicely appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and you could easily walk to some of the local resorts and beach spots. The view was very pretty, and although we had a lot of wind and rain while we were there, we always found things to do, like play cards and enjoy the hot tub. The only downfalls we had were the hot water/no showers the first day, until my husband figured out how to put the water heater ON, and both my Son and Husband got minor cuts from a rimmed area around the spa. I let the property management know about the later. All in all you cannot go wrong with this clean, beautiful home that is clearly well maintained and loved by it's owners. Aloha from the Petersons!
