What a neat little getaway! Only had two days there, but enjoyed every bit! Even though the road was down to sand, it didn’t matter. David was awesome to us and a great communicator. We would absolutely book this place again!

Wow! Where to begin! We loved our stay at what was truly an oasis in Florida. The owner David was attentive, and very responsive to any question we had. The home is beautiful and the backyard is absolute perfection. The layout is ideal with the outdoor kitchen, so we could all be together while my husband cooked instead of one person stuck inside preparing meals. My adult children, as well as my husband and I totally loved the hot tub and saltwater pool. The location is in walking distance to the beach and it is a beautiful neighborhood to ride bikes or walk in. We have stayed in other vacation homes where we could hardly find utensils and this home literally has everything you could want. Tons of extra towels, beach gear, as well as kitchen amenities that made food prep a breeze. We also appreciated the wine frig and top of the line appliances. They have thought of everything and then some! We will definitely be back and if you are thinking about renting you will not be disappointed!!

It was very comfortable and cozy. It felt like home to us. The family had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay! It took us a few days to figure out the hot tub. The outdoor set up is perfect. It’s super close to the beach. We recommend calling a golf cart for a lift to the beach. It’s cheaper than parking and gets you closer. Time well spent! Thank you!

House had it all and was immaculate. Pool. Hot tub. Outdoor grill / griddle. And, of course, the hammock! Perfect location to stay in and relax with family and friends. Or, head out to a number of shops and great restaurants nearby. Short walk or bike ride (bikes provided) to the beach. Need to see it to believe it. Pictures don’t do it justice.

The place was great. We enjoyed the pool after the beach and hot tub after we went out for dinner. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Dave checked in with us and helped us with whatever we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay close to Vandy beach. Beautiful outdoor space, loved the pool and hot tub.
