We had a group of nine family members ranging from 3-67 years of age. The layout of the house allowed all of us to comfortably stay. The area is perfect. My husband and I walked to a local coffee shop (Urban Brew) most mornings and loved it. There are great restaurants within walking distance and the bay very close by. The property owner communicated well and quickly with any questions. I would 100% recommend staying here if going to the Beaufort area! Beaufort is a little slice of heaven.

Great home located very close to downtown. This home was extremely clean, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The home was exactly as pictured. Easy check in. Thomas was an amazing host. Quick to respond and very helpful. We love Beaufort and will definitely be back.

Two families with children stayed in this home for a wedding weekend. The early checkin (for a fee) made our lives easier in making it to the rehearsal dinner in time. The house had everything we needed and was good for the combo of kids and adults we had. The upholstery and linens throughout could use a little TLC. A little steam cleaning of the living room furniture would go a long way and the bedding, although it all appeared washed, had stains in several rooms. The front king bedroom bed dipped down in the middle pretty significantly - definitely needs attention. Lastly, we prelit the oven to bake something and the whole house filled with smoke because of all the residue on the bottom of the oven. Needs a deep clean! All in all, the rental was priced fairly and we'd rent again - it'd be even better with a little TLC and attention to detail!

We recently had the pleasure of spending a few days at this amazing property. It really was centrally located, with most activities within 10-15 minutes. Waterfront restaurants and shopping were a short 5 minutes away. The house met all of our needs. Plenty of bedrooms for our extended family. We had one little request for Thomas, and he was on it right away. Great service! We will definitely be looking to book this property next time we are in the Beaufort area.

Five friends wanted to get away for the weekend, and we found this place. It was perfect and really had more room than we needed, but appreciated the privacy of each having our own room. The location is perfect, close to grocery store and close to Bay Street. Thank you so much!

This property is exactly like the photos. It was perfect for bootcamp graduation. Easy drive to Parris Island (about 15 minutes). Lot of food options nearby. We were a group of 7 that age ranged from 18 -75.

I highly recommend this place, especially for Marine graduation trips! It was cozy, clean, and the location couldn’t be beat!! Grocery stores and restaurants were right around the corner! The house is just off the main road yet very quiet and peaceful! Fabulous deck patio, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, recently updated so everything was in great condition. I loved the smart TV, keyless entry, fluffy towels…everything was perfect!! Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area! Owner was very nice and responded quickly to messages!! 10 stars!! Thank you!!

The experience was amazing. The house looks just like the app said it would. We had plenty of room. We will definitely be back to Stay again.

This property was very cozy, roomy, updated, & a huge fenced in backyard for kids and/or animals. Thomas done a wonderful job with this property & thankful we had the chance to stay in the home. The drive to Parris Island Marine Corp Depot was very quick & easy (My niece had graduation from USMC is why we rented the house for our stay) We would definitely stay again & recommend this property to other families.
