The rental was exactly as described. The view was spectacular, and the unit was well-appointed. The location was perfect for visiting several resorts. We stayed four nights and skied Copper, Winter Park, and A-Basin. There were several others within an easy drive if only we had more time in the area. Having a full-size washer and dryer in the unit was key as was the heated parking garage when it snowed. The unit was clean enough when we arrived. The crew did miss a few things (a big black hair across the master bedroom fan remote, pack of dental floss under the guest bed, and a pair of mens underwear left in the dryer), but everything you’d really care about was very acceptable. We’d definitely stay again.

Nearly Brand new unit. In fact, the nicest one we've stayed in over 20+ years of ski vacations. Only downside is you've have to bring your own shot glass to make your Manhattan's...

We chose to stay in Dillon because it’s the perfect central area for our visit. We skied in Keystone, saw the ice sculptures in Breckenridge, did some axe throwing in Frisco, and dined at Dillon Dam Brewery. This place is very clean and looked just like the pictures. The information provided for our arrival, stay and departure was super organized and easy to navigate. No issues with contacting management. You can even communicate through text. Will definitely be booking again!!

We really enjoyed the location, the set up of the building, and our unit looked brand new with lovely amenities! We would definitely stay there again.

The heated garage, elevator, and step in shower are great, and not easily found in many mountain rentals. Convenient, but not in the craziness of some areas on the mountain. There is a locked storage room right in front of the garage parking space. The view is nice, you can see the mountains in the distance and are not looking directly into another condo, as is the case with many rentals. I would love to come back and highly recommend.

The space was very comfortable. All the great things..... heated parking garage, storage closet for outdoor gear, fully stocked with everything we needed and all looked nice and new, close to skiing, dining & shopping, comfortable beds, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

The hard part was locating the building and garage in the dark. We lost cell service to locate the important instructions but a call to the office solved our problem.

Two downside are 1) the bed in the main bedroom was extremely soft, and 2) you have to get out of the car, enter a code to get in the garage and then open from inside. This issue is not related to the condo itself but the management company. We did have some issues with access as the code did not come in out email instructions and when we called were told, well look at the email - yes I know and I did otherwise I wouldn't have called. Sometimes I don't think all online information is the best. It is nice sometimes to have something to look at in the condo about instructions like where the garbage is located in the garage without having to search through emails. It is also extremely irritating when cleaning fees make up more than half the rental amount that guests have to do the garbage run. Location is great with an easy walk to downtown Dillon and the lake and a quick drive to Silverthorne and Keystone. We would definitely rent this one again!
