Reviewer Comments: We had our annual family get together and were very happy to stay in this beautiful house, just outside the downtown portion of the Village of Arroyo Grande. A large garage, plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms, and a kitchen open to the living areas. Everyone loved the large kitchen island, and dining area, plus the big outside deck. Location was super. Close enough to town to walk in, but far enough away to feel private. Well appointed with a relaxing comfortable feeling. We truly enjoyed our experience!

The house was ideal for our family. The kitchen, family room, patio and bedrooms were perfect for all to be comfortable. It was a great house to visit and relax. Some downside had to do with cleaning and maintenance. A couple of ceiling fans did not work and the shower upstairs needed a wrench to turn it on. More attention to cleaning under bathroom vanity and cobwebs inside and out. Also we cleaned the BBQ before and after our use. The issues we encountered did not take away from the wonderful time we had.

Lots of room in the house and the lower level has been great for my mom as she doesn't need to use the stairs to get to the room and bathroom. All top notch appliances and fully furnished with all plenty of supplies to cook without needing to buy spices or other basics. great deck with quality BBQ.

There is a back pathway which take about 5 minutes to reach town and the restaurants, shops, and wine tasting.

It suited our needs perfectly. It is within walking distance to the downtown area, affectionately known as the Village of Arroyo Grande. Additionally, it is not far by car to the different neighboring coastal towns. We will definitely be back again~

The only issue was that the Ring doorbell constantly chimed so we unplugged it. Great outside area for gathering also.

We stayed here for a 4 nights with family including 6 adults and 6 kids. The house exactly as described in the listing and is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. The pantry and kitchen were very week stocked with good quality cookware and supplies beyond my expectations. The only issue we found was with the heating in the lowest level - if we increased the heat, the 2nd level got too warm. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend the place.
