Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great experience at this home. Great view of the ocean, we saw plenty of aquatic life in the ocean from the back patio. The home was nice and appeared to be slowly updated. Could use some fans as the air get pretty musty on warm days. Also it could use a fresh coat of paint. Other than that we would go right back.

Our family stayed at this property for over a week and had an excellent time! The house was in immaculate condition upon arrival. This is a super safe and secure location especially great for kids. Beach access was better than we anticipated as well. Also the property manager was extremely helpful pointing us in the right direction for surfboard rentals and other questions. My kids are already asking to go back.

Nice and clean property with a gorgeous ocean view. Jordan was very attentive. If you use a ride share, make sure you factor in the time it takes for the driver to get through the guard gate.

Location is beach front, affording great views, and fresh ocean breezes. If you want to relax and enjoy some peace and tranquility, this is the place to go. The four parking spaces is definitely a plus too. Tammy and Jordan from Sand and Surf were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We hope to return to the property in the future. Nothing beats an amazing beach house right on the Pacific. This house did not disappoint. It was clean, well appointed, and beautiful. I would highly recommend this house. My only complaint would be the inability to get to the water (which according to the property manager is being rectified shortly). We would definitely stay in this house again.
