Adorable little boutique hotel. As they are a perfumeria the first thing you do is select the scent you would like for your toiletry products, including a bug spray and bath oil. Service is unobtrusive, setting is beautiful, bed is comfy, room was delightfully laid out -- the little breakfast veranda was a nice touch.

This is the perfect place if you’re in the need for quiet, reflective time. The staff is very friendly, service is top notch, and the spa is small, but wonderful massage therapists.

Coqui coqui is an absolutely magical hotel off the beaten path. It is tranquil and stunning. Take a couple nights to come out from tulum and recharge your batteries. It’s worth every moment soak in your tub and enjoy the pools. The amenities are amazing and the staff is very kind.

Beautiful design and great views to the lagoon. The bed cracks and the towel has holes. The food was amazing with really interesting combinations and presentation. This place is over rated! Walking distance to the Coba Pyramid

Hotel design and rooms are a must see. Unique and comfortable. Restaurant space also very cool. Food was so so. Chef was trying to hard to be creative at the expense of taste and satisfaction. So much so that we avoided the free breakfast. Close to Tulum so I can see this as a getaway inland from there, would go back if food improves and if spa becomes a draw, as the overall space s very relaxing. A menu outlining spa services would be nice

We stayed in Tulum for 11 days, and this was the highlight of the trip. The place is one of the most romantic hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Our suit was amazing and very luxurious. A must-stay when you are in Tulum.

For the price. There was not real customer service, or either attentive staff to offer what to do around. The food was really great :)

Coqui Coqui is a beautifully designed property steps from the Coba ruins in Mexico. It's the perfect place to rest your head while road tripping or traveling through the Yucatan. The hotels design is spectacular, with earthy touches and special architectural surprises throughout. The food is also incredible, and we recommend you eat all meals on property. We loved our stay but recommend the hotel for only one or two nights as there is not much to do in Coba and everything closes early.

Absolutely amazing in every detail, loved everything about it!!!! Extended stay, then returned! Stunning design, picturesque location on lake, close to ruins! Staff both personable and professional, food and drinks devine......special touch with gift upon arrival and welcome cocktail! Every inch of this property inviting and impressive!!!!💋

Great place to stay and relax, quiet atmosphere, excelent staff service. The ambience is perfect for relaxation, great views of the lagoon and stars at night. Very nice restaurant and decoration. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The buildings are new but were built to look as if they are park of the Coba archeological site. On the edge of the Laguna Coba, each morning, the birds serenade the sun as it rises over the still and quiet lagoon. Suite #5 is a dream, a living room with two twin beds made up as day beds, two bathrooms, a shower room plus a private outdoor tub in the back. In the front is a semi private swimming pool. Upstairs there is a king bed, a writing desk, two hammocks, two deep bath tubs and two outdoor terraces. All of the details are done beautifully. Very jungle chic.I am an early riser. Before the others woke and the restaurant opened at 8AM, I took a swim in the pool, and read on an outdoor bed in a shady pavilion overlooking the tranquil lagoon. Heaven. When we were all up and we went to the lounge area for the continental breakfast included – a delicious homemade granola with crystallized ginger and dried fruits, yogurt, fresh squeezed orange juice, toast and marmalade made from local tropical fruit and delicious coffee. (My son had eggs) Perfect.We walked over to the Coba archeological site. We could have driven but it is less than ½ mile down the road on the lagoon. After enjoying exploring Coba, we couldn’t wait to get back to CCC to swim and nap in the heat of the afternoon. The next day was idyllic. We rested, we swam, and I had a massage in the spa.

The small intimate space created tranquility and also allowed the staff to provide great service. I fell in love with many intimate corners, but especially enjoyed feeling tucked away, yet also exposed to the beautiful lagoon while enjoying dinner. I would recommend that everyone go experience the magic.
