We really enjoyed our time at this home.

This house is so comfortable, quiet, and spacious! We enjoyed the local recommendations of eateries and shops. We came to Texas to visit family and this house brought much comfort at the end of the day to watch a movie, relax/read, take a bath, and unwind. The owner was is amazing at communicating every detail you would need.

LOVED this home from first glance and even more so in person! Came in for my son’s wedding; host provided a steamer for our dresses and always responded quickly to my questions. I’m sure I’ll be back to Texas and this is where I’ll stay!

We visited Waxahachie for the first time to attend our niece’s wedding. This home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed!

My cousins and I were in town for a wedding and loved the house. Perfect quiet location to downtown and other shops and restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend!

We had a girls weekend and it was so peaceful and relaxing. This property is very well maintained, extremely clean, and decorated I a way that invites you to sit and relax. The location is in a safe and quiet historical neighborhood. Numerous houses in the neighborhood have been renovated and some continue to be. The location of the house is so close to antique stores and restaurants (about a 5 minute drive). The property manager is so helpful, kind and willing to help if you have any issues (we had a little trouble getting into the front door). I highly recommend staying at this property.

They had not even begun to clean the house at the time of our check in and our code didn't work. We called the guest contact and they said there had been some mix up and forgot to clean it. She called the cleaning person to start the process that took around two hours are so. We had driven in from out of town, on a schedule and didn't get to use the house to get ready or rest before our games. We just had to drive around town for two hours get ready at the fields. The house was nice and really well stocked. A home is being built across the street that creates construction noise during the day. The annoying part is that Evolve charges you a whole host of various fees and yet when they screw something up, not much you can do about it. Never even heard from anyone saying sorry.

Perfect stay, the home exceeded our expectations and the property manager is super responsive!

Came for a race that got cancelled due to weather but decided to come anyway, and it was a great short trip. House was accurate to the pictures and was a relaxing and great experience.

Over all it was a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cynisca house. It was beautifuly decorated and so clean and put together! We would love to stay here again.

We were going to the race track for the weekend, location was great. Close enough to Ft. worth and Arlington for others things also.
