Business trip. Started out 3 nights. Extended to 5 nights. Very nice family run hotel. You feel very welcomed and they appreciate your business. From room to lobby very clean. Very personable service. Great location. They are very helpful with any questions you have and speak English as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is very near the train station so easy access to Stuttgart and other locations. Short walk into historic and shopping areas. Terrific breakfast.

Overall a very well maintained and well run hotel. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is typical German with good variety of hot and cold items and fruits. There is no onsite restaurant but a small bar in the hotel lobby. Onsite parking is limited and charged extra. No gym or other amenities. The train station is only a 3 min walk and 10 min to the main shopping area and restaurants.

Very nice hotel,easy to find and convenient to town centre with private parking. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but there was a good restaurant just around the corner. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Very close to the main train station. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was simple yet delicious and filling, especially the approximately ten different kinds of cereal. The staff at reception were very friendly and the room cleaning staff respected my wishes when I hung the "Do not disturb" sign. Toilets were maybe slightly cramped, but still clean and comfortable to use.

We chose this hotel in part because of proximity to train station, 2 minute walk. Also one block from beginning of shopping area. It is recently renovated. Very spiffy. Room and common areas very clean. But no fridge. Desk personnel very friendly. Elixir and cups on the counter. They even hose down the parking lot each evening. The small toilet room in our room had no sink. One must cross the room to the spacious shower room to wash hands. Breakfast was best on our 2 week trip. Well organized, lots of cereal options plus the usual German offerings. Medium grocery store on next block. Bigger REWE about 1/2 mile away open till midnight. We would stay here again.

Fab friendly staff, has a bar, air conditioned rooms were brilliant given the temperature when we were there! Breakfast was very tasty.

This first stay was a very pleasant surprise. Very nice hotel with very good breakfast. Close to the train station and city center. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Reutlingen!
