I was made to feel very welcome by Jo and Martin. Nothing was too much trouble and my breakfasts were lovely

Stayed here for a last minute weekend break away for my husband's birthday and had a lovely time. When we arrived we were greeted by Martin who went through all the details, breakfast and parking arrangements which are literally just around the corner. The whole guest house is immaculately clean and very well presented, my daughter especially loved the little teddies on her bed. At breakfast we met Jo who also is very nice, nothing was too much trouble and the full English brekkie was fab. Will definitely try to book with them next time were down that way.

Made to feel really welcome. Tried lots of breakfast items, all very fresh and tasty. Stayed in the family room. Had tea and coffee drinking facilities and toiletries. Jo was very helpful and told us about local shopping snd restaurants.

It was so lovely, we will definitely stay again. So far the best B&B I have been to in Paignton

We had a lovely stay in family room. Spotlessly clean. Jo & Martin were very welcoming & helpful , nothing was too much trouble.There were Dvds/Books available for the kids to borrow. Tea/coffee & biscuits in the room. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice, including fresh fruit ,cereals, full cooked breakfast options. Very close to the town & seafront, both only few minutes walk .We definitely hope to return soon, & would recommend this lovely guesthouse. .

Lovely stay this weekend, Jo and Martin were such wonderful hosts. They've thought of everything. We stayed with our 2 children in room 4, which is perfect for families. The children loved having bunk beds just off from our room. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Parking is literally a small walk and fee. Paignton and Torquay are lovely to explore.

I have no reason has i was very happy just to say me and my hubby was very impressed and to say Martin and Jo were lovely and would stay again

First stay with Jo and Martin. Where do we start, from the very friendly warm welcome on day one, the fantastic customer service, outstanding hygiene and incredible rooms it Will not be the last stay. Highly recommend Jo and Martins guest house as a number one staycation in Paignton. Right by the sea. Do not hesitate to book. 5🌟

Jo & Martin are excellent hosts. Thr room was clean & comfortable. With lovely little touches such as cotton pads, buds & tissues & nice toiletries. Breakfast was lovely & well presented. Made to feel very welcome & totally at home. We will definitely book again.

The location was excellent and the welcome warm & friendly.The bathroom was tiny and there were quite a few stairs to negotiate.

A warm welcome on our arrival, the room was very spacious and the breakfast was fabulous! The location is ideal for the beachfront and only a short walk to the train station and high street. Pleasantly surprised as well that there was no noise during the evening from nightclubs and bars.

Lovely warm b&b in winter with wonderful hosts. Especially loved the home cooked breakfast in the morning!

We were very pleased and impressed with our stay at the Cherwood Hotel. Our hostess Hazel was friendly and welcoming and advised us she was able to upgrade our room on the first floor. The room was immaculate and well equipped with some nice touches such as bottles of drinking water and toiletries. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious. It certainly exceeded our expectations and I would definitely recommend it. It is also in a good location near to some restaurants including a Wetherspoons, and within minutes of the beach and the Pier.

Hosts are amazing and so welcoming. Facilities are excellent. Ideal location as it is a short walk to the beach and sea front. Would definatly recremmend to others.
