Great place to stay in town, and the staff was great. Restaurant and breakfast were also great

Small, privately owned hotel. Rooms are dated, floors are tiled and freezing cold with cracked/missing grout. Bathroom very small, shower, very small with poor drainage and water goes from freezing to scolding hot within a very tiny adjustment… poor sound insulation, you will hear everyone in the hallway… beds are comfortable, breakfast is adequate and staff is friendly. 10 minute walk to old town center.

Booked for a one-night stay. It's a restaurant with a hotel + rooms in two neighbour houses, not a hotel with a restaurant. Staff was friendly but that doesn't compensate the otherwise uncomfortable feeling. For the price of more than 100 Euros the performance was way too low, even in Corona times.

Staff were very friendly and happy to help and the food downstairs was great! Unfortunately, those are mostly the only positives. The rooms are small, the furniture is cheap and creaky, the bathroom looks outdated, parking is very difficult, and there is not much to do nearby. Worst of all though, was that one of the staff was SMOKING IN THE KITCHEN. Disgusting.

This lovely hotel reminds me very much of the small pensions I stayed in in the early 80’s. And I mean that in the best sense. Clean, warm, cozy. Upside ensuite modern bathroom with hot hot water. Very nice breakfast included. Restaurant downstairs is very popular with local people and very tasty. Highly recommend but keep in mind no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags.

we booked a double room at hotel Meteora for one night. It was a value for money room! The stay was satisfactory. The room was clean and spacious had the basic amenities like flat screen tv, great internet connection, shampoo, shiwer gel, soap and clean towels. (The room was on the first floor- no elevator available) The breakfast was quite good with fresh bread (sliced bread, roll bread, brown german bread, sesami roll), cornflakes, fresh fruits, eggs (scrabbled and boiled) , bacon, sausages, juices as well as a variety of marmelades, chocolate spread, cream, butter,cheese etc.The staff was Very helpful and also speak german, english and greek. The location of the hotel was great and very convenient. There is a confectionery shop accross and its only fifteen minutes walk from the city center (and five minutes by car) via walking on a central straight road. And with a supermarket in two minutes from the hotel. A parking space is available in front of the property and the hotel is located in a quite residential road away from the noise of the town. The restaurant offers a great variety of traditional greek food such us greek salad, moussaka and greek souvlaki made by the owners. Highly recommended to have your dinner there. Our overall experience it was satisfactory, the hotel offers a value for money option for anyone staying on Tubingen. Great location, walkable distance from the city center, clean rooms, polite staff, satisfactory breakfast close to amenities.

The hotel is sufficient but nothing more. The double room was very small and the bathroom was also tight. The decor is a bit odd too. Breakfast was okay but lacked a bit of variety. Location is good just a 10 minute stroll into town. Parking is free at the hotel in their own spaces but the road has metered parking. If the spaces are all taken there is another car park belonging to the hotel about 100 metres down the road. Staff were friendly.
