The beds are hard, shower cold, thin walls, and the AC is your savior. Beach is clean and calm water. Food was ok. This is your best option on the beach for a short stay.

It was just one of those way over priced places that had very little to offer. Noisy rooms, expensive mediocre food, expensive drinks and slow rude wait staff (not all but most).

I had the BEST experience ever. Every single Staff member treated us like FAMILY!!

There is only one place to stay in Corn Island if you want the three key things: complimentary shuttle to the airport, clean, air conditioned rooms, and beach access. This resort met all of our expectations.

I wish the hotel would at least offer complementary water bottles in the room upon arrival.

This is definitely the best place to stay at in Corn Island. The beach is beautiful and clean with calm water. Overall our stay was great. The rooms are very small. There’s no screens on the windows so you can’t open them. Our reservation had said it’s a private bungalow but that wasn’t true. The bungalow housed four rooms within it. The reservation also said two queen beds but we got one queen bed and a single bed. When we brought it up with the reception the response was “you can cancel if you want.”

The beach and surroundings are very nice. Friendly staff.

Only stayed two nights. The room was clean and quiet. Ac worked well. Bed was a bit hard but fine. Staff were friendly. Spent the day on the beach which was nice -not too busy. Restaurant was ok. They charge extra for two people which is a bit weird. I was travelling solo but booked the room for two since it’s usually the same price. Didn’t notice until check out that they had charged me extra for another person. They did take the charge off when I pointed out I was alone.

I stayed at the cottage room and the area outside smelled really bad like black water, we couldn’t get to enjoy the outside of the porch, the room were very outdated and very small, the service were very slow.

Very poor customer service at the restaurant. When seated at the table and given drinks, staff took 15 minutes to come back to get our order. The restaurant was not packed and we were one of the three parties at the restaurant but yet felt ignored by the staff. Of the staff Daisy was one of few that actually helped us.

For the price of the hotel, i was expecting more comfort. The little cabin is small the furniture was outdated and missing a night table, the dresser has had his usefulness, over all i think the whole room needs improvements. The service is the only good thing about the hotel, i needed extra pillows and were given to me right away.

I recognize that the Corn Islands are not the place for luxury, but this place is way overpriced for what it is. The rooms are clean enough (but only on the surface), the mattress on the bed is as hard as a rock, and the prices in the restaurant/bar are ridiculous for Nicaragua. The walls between the rooms are so thin you can hear everything your neighbours say. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good, and the beach itself is quite nice. Service is abysmal - when I asked about going to Little Corn, the receptionist just pointed at the sign for the public pangas. Paying US$450 for 3 nights here is a huge stretch for what you get.

Really great beachfront property, amazing sand. A/C worked well. The staff is generally very good and working hard to please. Tip accordingly! The breakfast is pretty great, but in general the restaurant wasn't amazing, especially considering the high prices. There are other options that are walkable, or within a $1-2 taxi ride, that are cheaper and better. There is NO potable water at this facility except for expensive bottled water, which is ridiculous. Also, if you're looking for a quiet beachfront place to get nice sleep, this is probably not the spot.

Perfect location, the nicest beach on the island in a protected bay, perfect for swimming. Great beach cabanas and chairs. Front desk was great, very helpful. They had rooms ready for.early check ins based on boat and flight arrivals, helped with scooter.rentals, taxis, info and beach towels. Restaurant service was a little less perfect but on par with the island... Nica time and island time combined is a real thing. Only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is terrible. You can connect from the lobby or restaurant but not at all from the bungalows. I will defi6stay here again.

Great to have a free shuttle from the airport. Location is great and i actually prefer the beach here to the beaches on Little Corn. The bad bits were that we didn’t have any hot water for 2 out of the 3 days. The rooms are very very basic based on price. I assume we are paying for the location and no more. There was no real atmosphere in the restaurant as no music so evenings were pretty quiet which might be ok for some people.

This was the best stay. We had an amazing time on Big Corn. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

This property sits on the prettiest beach on Big Corn. The restaurant, bar, beach, room and staff were outstanding!! Definitely the place to stay while in Big Corn.
