It looks like there is some renovations going on. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Location is perfect. Would come back again

Location was great, just down the street to the lake. This boutique hotel is terrific, European design, done to a high standard. Staff is excellent, really tried to accommodate all our needs. Highly recommend!

Based on previous comments, I thought this would be a little more special than a chain hotel. Although the room was nice and there is a view of the lake, there is no usable outside space either in the overgrown garden or on the balcony that has no furniture.

It is a gem of a place , very clean, big room, great location, very friendly staff. Booked it for few hours due to a late flight but well worth it, would definitely stay here again, a lovely cozy place to stay.

Quaint property, run like a family owned establishment

Near grocery store and coffee shop and small stores. The room and bathroom had limited space for clothing and hanging towels. House keeping wasn't done until request.

Parking entrance is easy to miss, need clear signage.

Really cute hotel. Great restaurants nearby. Loved watching the mama and baby bunnies on the private patio in the morning. Beds were very comfortable and Sahar was a delight. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, even if that was just sharing a laugh at me not being able to open a door 😂. Would definitely come back.

Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. Refrigerator in room was great. Location is excellent. Near freeway, walk to grocery, restaurants. Easy parking. Lake view from rooms in front. I would stay again.

Everything was clean and nice. Comfortable room, but no luggage racks or places to put suitcases. The front desk lady was very helpful. So we were very pleased with the service.

Great spot, super convenient

I checked in for one night after spending a horrible night at a different hotel down the road. Almost cried in relief when I entered my comfortable, quiet room. Felt like I had died and gone to heaven! This property is a total gem, very quiet and safe, walkable to downtown Kirkland. The staff was lovely as well. I travel to the area often for work, and I hope to spend many more nights here!

I’d seen some mixed reviews online, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. There is a small parking garage on the ground floor in which puts you right into the little lobby. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My corner room was bright and very comfortable. It was easy to log into Netflix on their tv and spend the evening relaxing in bed. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms were nicely remodeled and the bed was so comfortable.

What a sweet little property. We booked this when we had surprise guests in town and not enough room at home. This property is cute, convenient, spacious rooms. I was a little worried when I read some reviews about cleanliness, but the room was clean and well stocked. The icing on the cake was the spectacular view of the Seattle skyline, the lake and the sunset. Also easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and the trail in front of Google campus.

This hotel might make a good stay in the summertime, but in the cold months of winter, it is very cold the floors being wood and no carpets. Overhead lights turn on with a switch, so it was a surprise to later find myself sitting in the dark and having to waive my arms to turn the lights back on as lighting system was timed. I had selected this little hotel as they had an elevator, and I had had recent knee surgery only to get there and find out that the elevator was out of order. I had booked for four days but found out on the evening of the first day that I wasn’t going to be able to stay the full four days the next morning at 10:30 I called the desk to tell them I would be leaving in 24 hours.. The gentleman said he couldn’t find my paperwork, but to come down the next morning and it would be handled. In the morning, I went to the desk to check out and was told that I wouldn’t be able to get back the payment I had made for the extra two nights but I could get a credit to stay there again. I told the young woman I wouldn’t be back, so a credit was no good and that I wanted a refund put back on my credit card. She then informed me I would’ve had to call 48 hours in advance if I wanted to have canceled those last two days..ridiculous as I hadn’t even checked in yet 48 hours previously!! She said she couldn’t do anything about it and I would have to get my money back through Expedia the booking company. As I had an appointment to keep that morning, I just left.

My stay here was excellent. Spacious room and bathroom, deep tub (i didn’t get to use sadly), and fully updated everything. I was there for one night so I don’t know much about what is where, but I would def stay again if the need arises.

It was not what I expected. Pink mildew in the bathroom grout lines. It had a balcony, but it was shared with multiple rooms. Things left in the fridge.
