they debit my card with 120 euros per day even on the booking.com the displayed price was 80 euros. They forced me to pay 20 euros per breakfast without informed me about the breakfast price. when I discussed at the reception about this situation he said cannot return my money even if I choose to renounce at the breakfast. Also, the receptionist tell me the real breakfast price is not 20 euros, is 15 euros.... This hotel did a mistake about data privacy and they didn't realize. I discussed at booking.com and returns a part of money. But I don't leave the things how is it now. I will denounce this hotel about data privacy because they debit my card with extra money. It's a theft. Is not about money is about rightness.

Beautiful view from balcony, well equipped apartment, right next to park with playground. Walking distance to the gondola. Nice sauna.

Perfect location in center of Hinterglemm, very close to Reiterkogel cable car. Nice, spacious and very well equipped apartment with beautiful mountain view. Cleanliness. Good communication with owner despite we booked just one day before arrival.

Kitchen was well equipped, we just missed boiling kettle.

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk to the gondola. The B&B is tucked away on a side street and quiet at night and right next to the park and a few minutes walk from restaurants and shops. Free parking, JOKER card included, secure bike storage, friendly and responsive management. Family room is actually two separate rooms - one with bunkbeds and the other with a queen sized bed, small dining area and access to the balcony with a entry room and bathroom. Perfect for our family of 4. The B&B was just renovated, beds were comfortable. Tea/water kettle in the unit. Excellent price to value ratio!

You can hear other guests on the balcony very clearly, even with the windows closed. However, the management is responsive if there's a noise complaint.

We stay here during summer holiday. Staff was kind and friendly. Apartment itself looks new and was fully equiped. Location of hotel is in city center with a lot of restaurants and pubs. Hotel is about 5 - 10 minutes walk to cabin cable car. Amazing mountains around with a lot of possibilities for great hiking and bike.

No view from our apartment and terrace, but it does not matter as the location was beautiful and we spend our time by hiking around :)
