It was quiet.

Vacation plans changed last minute. Originally booked for four days- attended to get a refund for the four day and was told no- had to pay full amount for the four days- even when I checked out on the third day-

Gut geführtes Hotel, Zimmer sehr sauber, Personal sehr nett

Im Fitnessstudio könnte mehr nach der Sauberkeit geguckt werden. Wellnessanwendungen sind preislich sehr hoch angesetzt für die jeweilige Leistung.

Third time at the hotel, and was a great experience. Great location, food, service, room...everything. We will be back.

I was notified that ZI needed to update some info or my room might get cancelled. I updated the info and was notified that everything was confirmed. However, when my wife went to show up for her massage, she found out that is was cancelled. She checked with reception and they told her that the room was actually cancelled, the re-confirmed, however, her massage was never re-booked. She was very disappointed. The offered her a massage for Monday afternoon, but that was our checkout day and we needed to get back home.

Nice spa & wellness area to spend a day. Beautiful location, nice rooms with balcony and clean.

Just some minor points of attention. A trolley with used dishes and food leftovers from breakfast stood for a day in the corridor. Just an example.

Location was super and the facilities were excellent. We really enjoyed the A La Carte meal and the wine!

There should have been hand soap in the bathroom. The outside light on the balcony bring centrally controlled was very annoying as it didn’t switch off til very late and was unecessary.

Clean, rooms well taken care of, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lots of bugs but that could be due to weather.

Excellent hotel with great wellness area. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Food was very good.

There was nothing that I did not like, but I do have a few things to mention: the TV in the room seemed small, especially considering the size of the room. Also, a coffee/tea machine in the room would be nice.
