I guess you get what you pay for. The closest public parking (for a daily fee) is about 2 blocks away. The rooms are very basic, and pretty small.

exceptionally clean and newly renovated. staff very friendly . location very central to the port/beach and for walking to the Calanques. lovely spa area .

the room was uncomfortably small for 2 people (we booked a comfort double ): could not open doors with 2 people in the room without having to move . so small that only one side of the double bed had a bedside table (really a no go and this room should be used as a single only ). desk half taken up with coffee machine/ cups .

Do not stay here! Can’t drive up to this hotel. Will have to walk with your luggage. No parking as well, city parking walking distance is always full. I booked the superior double room with a balcony, when arrived, they didn’t have my room that I’ve booked. They trying to give me some bunk bed room with a metal spiral staircase with a bed in the dark attic. I’m trying to explain that I can’t fit in this attic or the staircase with my luggage and it is claustrophobic, but no one is speaking English in this hotel. They gave me finally one level room that looked like a bunker. It only can fit a bed and had tiny window. The air was stuffy, no AC present, we had to open window in December to sleep. Ducks under the window outside didn’t stop screaming all night. The bathroom shower drain is not cleaned and whole bathroom smells like something big had died in there, I almost passed out from that odor, when first opened the door to the bathroom. It was by far the worst stay of my life! And they did charge me for the SUPERIOR BALCONY DOUBLE ROOM! When we asked for the refund of the difference in price, they told us that the manager is not working today and only the manager can process any refunds. They had no idea on what day the manager will be back. It was a nightmare.
